Took our Honda Fit into service due to passenger door water leak. I mentioned to the service associate where the water maybe coming in from per my observation, since it rained the day before. Also noted that the inner door panel is loose and maybe contributing to the leak. Was hopeful with my information and their expertise it could be resolved….. After two weeks and a $900+ bill later, Honda service associate informs us they can’t resolve the issue and that it could be due to a prior accident or that maybe the body frame of the car is bent / damaged and the seals aren’t sealing the water out properly per their master technician and managers observation. Since Honda should be the experts, shouldn’t they have done that first to diagnose the door before recommending any parts? More on that later… Well, we took our car to a local auto body shop and I told them what I told Honda about where I think the water is coming in from and the inner door panel is loose. They didn’t look at the frame but focused on the door panel and immediately notice the inner watershield or film was coming undone due to the old adhesive and resealed it. Issue fixed. No more leaks. Took them 30 minutes and fraction of the cost of what Honda charged us. Long story short, I would not recommend Honda Lynnwood service if your vehicle has any type of body related issues, especially water leaks. Best to take it elsewhere. PS: Oh, did I mention Honda also informed me they looked into the door panel but didn’t find anything ? Not sure, but if the inner panel was taken off anyone can see the watershield coming off….

Jules was very helpful and professional during the buying process while making sure the process was as painless as possible. The purchase price was fair and within a few hundred dollars of what I was expecting. Jules explained the ins and outs of the new CRV Hybrid. Looking at a car that was supposedly for sale on 1/14/24, that has actually been for sale at this dealership since 9/19/23 according to carfax. Magically the car is sold, while the dealership was closed. It takes days to remove cars from the website is the response received from the internet sales person…show me the carfax I requested, no response. It looks like the bait and switch tactics are alive and well here. “We don’t have the car you want, at that price point, anymore since last night….but here are the cars we do have, “ which are much more expensive. Buyer Beware the games. If you look up vins for sale look at sales history, this can tell you a lot about what they are up to.

Lynnwood Honda made purchasing a vehicle as stress free as buying a car can be. It is a significant purchase for most people, and I felt that they took the time to work with me. Mark Baker (sales) took the time to ask me what I need in a car, what I want in a car, what was negotiable and what was a MUST. We spoke about the brands of cars I had test driven, what I liked and didn't like. He for sure wanted me in a Honda, but he did not pressure me either way. He literally took me through the vehicles options and in the end, sold a car! I was treated with great respect and had the opportunity to find the best deal and promos for the vehicle I chose. I have zero regrets purchasing a used car and adding the warranty. Everyone on the team made sure I was taken care of. Truly a great experience! PS - Lynnwood Honda also does the Costco deal, if you have a membership. Was super easy to use!!!

Started a conversation online with Jules before Christmas. She video taped a showing of a 2023 Pilot Trailsport in the snow and extremely cold temperatures for me. Came in on her day off (Christmas Eve) to show me that vehicle and a 2022 Passport Elite. I took test drives with both. She informed me of their end-of-the-year sale that I was unaware of. I needed to think about the two vehicles to weigh the differences with no pressure from anybody. I returned the day after Christmas. Again, she came in early for her shift. Answered many additional questions and I ended up purchasing the Passport Elite. I would highly recommend her for obvious reasons. She went above and beyond! She has also offered her support for any questions that might be needed after the sale--always there for her clients--very reassuring! Everybody working there was friendly, helpful and caring. Vehicle was delivered washed and cleaned inside. Looked beautiful and felt good driving away!

My wife and I stopped in on the recomendation of one of our close friends who had a great experience with Lynnwood Honda on the purchase of her 2018 CRV Touring. The sales person she worked with no longer worked there but Jules was right there to help. With the help of Keith, Gabe and Jules, they gave me a quote on a 2023 Ridgeline. The quote they gave me for my trade-in was very reasonable. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock so I left with the idea of checking out some other dealers and compare quotes. The next day Jules called and told me they had found the Ridgeline I wanted and had it on the lot. I checked with 3 other dealers and none of them were able to match the price quote from Lynnwood Honda. I went back in in 2 days and made the deal very easily. They had everything ready, the whole thing was 4 days from start to finish. I'm very happy with the way Jules, Keith and Gabe handled the process, no pressure, very helpful and organized. I ended up with the Ridgeline RTL-E that I was looking for. I definitely recommend Lynnwood Honda and especially Jules Cecilio, Gabe, the new car sales manager and Keith, the used car manager. Overall, a great experience.

JULES was outright amazing! I went in the day after my best friend got her used Nissan rouge and Jules was so easy going not pushy at all! I came in the exact day after my best friend got her rouge me wanting the other rouge and Jules and Anuj helped me out! They didn’t push me or pressure me! They helped fit my needs and the car I got exactly they made it work! If I could recommend anyone getting a car go to Lynnwood Honda and ask for Jules she’ll help you with everything and not pressure you at all Jules makes you feel comfortable and works with what you want in a vehicle and doesn't try and sell you one that you don’t want. This was my first car purchase and I am so happy that John Chung was there to help me! I had went to several dealerships prior and I had the worst experience at each one with salesman that were not authentic or helpful. When finally met John at Lynnwood Honda, he was so patient with me and answered all my questions. He is so methodical and instantly made me feel at ease with this process (instead of nervous and afraid). After driving my 2010 Honda CR-V for 206,000 miles, I decided it was time to buy a new one. I drove 60 miles, past 2 other Honda dealerships, where I had previously had unpleasant dealings, to Lynnwood Honda, where I was lucky to work with Mark Baker, having the best experience I ever have, when buying a car. He was patient and spent a lot of time explaining all of my options, without any pressure, whatsoever. When I asked about a less-expensive model, I was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t try to dissuade me in the least – he explained the differences in a matter-of-fact way, and let me make my own decision. After I made my choice, he spent a lot of time with me, showing me how everything works on the car and where to get my future questions answered. I never felt like he was in a hurry to move on to another customer. For a single woman, going alone, the thought of buying a car has been overwhelming. Unfortunately, it is true that there are still salesman that take advantage of less-than-savvy car buyers, but my experience with Mark, has changed my attitude and it is likely that I won’t wait nearly as long to buy my next car. Without hesitation, I can recommend Mark Baker and Lynnwood Honda to anyone who is in the market for a great car buying experience.

I went into Lynnwood Honda with my mother just wanting to see if she even liked the HR-V. We the front desk call for a sales member I was so happy a women showed up, just from my past experiences at other dealerships. Jules was her name and let me tell you what, she was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and patience. My mom ended up looking at every HR-V on the lot, Used and New. Jules had one her self and and loves it. After driving a few she decided on a new one with all the features she wanted in it. Now was when the Lynnwood Honda team shined! After getting all her information and running numbers she brought back 2 options. The leasing option turned out to be so much better, then financing. Who new? Jules's financing manager came over and talked us thru what leasing was about and what were the benefits and we were super impressed and it turned out it was the best option for my mom. After seeing what a good deal my mom was getting I asked what they could do for me. After running my numbers the financial manager came over and explained my old auto loan and how I really didn't get a good deal. I was so shocked! They really did want what was best for me. I ended up with a new Civic and love it. Thank you so much to Jules and the Lynnwood Honda Team for really caring and treating us like family!

Jules was very easygoing - low pressure. I walked in without an appointment and the experience was great - I could take as long as I wanted. She made sure I knew many of the features of my new CRV and also provided links to where I could find out more. She made the car buying experience fun and wanted to make sure I was completely happy. We had a great experience working with Jules and Gabe at Lynnwood Honda! We purchased a 2020 CR-V Hybrid Touring and they were very informative about the car, pricing and financing options. They kindly held the specific car we wanted for 3 days while we sold our old car and worked out the insurance coverage. Jules even came in on her day off to complete the sale with us and she went over all of the important safety features of the car before we drove it off the lot. We plan to get our car serviced here and will happily refer our friends to Lynnwood Honda.

Our salesman was Troy Malchow and he was great to work with, no back and forth bs, just straight forward business, and he has been there to help even after the sale! We have purchased Honda’s from another local dealer and are experience With Troy was by far the best, and I have to mention the finance and service department as well, the finance department was the most streamlined process I have ever delt with, and the services department went out of there way to help out with a unfortunate issue I had to deal with that was no fault of there own.
