Damaged Car and Hasn't Fixed it - Going on Months

I took my car in to have the navigation replaced. It came back with nick marks where they pried the dashboard off. It takes multiple phone calls to get a call back. They've been jerks about getting it fixed. I ended up giving up. We ended up dealing with Lexus of Seattle. I would not take my car here again.
