I usually don't write reviews, but I had such an experience at this dealership that I felt it necessary to warn others about it. You know that old adage "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."? That describes this dealership. I was interested in this dealership when I saw a great price on Edmunds for a car I was looking for. I read the reviews on Edmunds and saw that people had complained that they were "baited and switched". The price was so good, however, I held out hope. I called the dealership and verified the car was still available, then set up an appt to come test drive it later that afternoon. Keep in mind, they said this car had been on the lot since DECEMBER (it was now mid-March). When asked why the car was so cheap, they said it was because they had so many of those models on the lot at that time that they just wanted to get rid of it. I went to look at it, and they came up with some story that JUST before I got there, another person bought the car. So... the car has been for sale for over 3 months, and it gets sold an hour before I come to look at it? Unlikely. They then tried to get me to buy overpriced, poorly taken care of cars they actually had for sale. Trust me–go to a reputable place and avoid this one at all costs. You'll just be wasting your time.

I called to inquire about a car they had listed on Edmunds and was assured that it was available. They stated it was and we set up an appointment to look at it the next day. I requested that they send me the Carfax report. They said they would but never did. They called the next morning to confirm the appointment. When I got there, they said they were having problems locating the car. That quickly turned into a story that someone had come by late the night before and taken it home to show their spouse and they would probably be purchasing it. This particular vehicle had been on their lot for almost a year, according to Edmunds. It is very suspect that it is magically gone the day after I ask about it. They immediately tried to sell me on any other car on their lot, stating they would sell me one 'at cost' and not make any money.

This car was probably sold a long time ago, but they keep the link to attract buyers to their dealership and then, provide a thousand excuses explaining why the car is not there, and try to sell you something else.

I purchased a vehicle from Fred's Executive Auto (Woodbridge VA) this past December. For many years I just looked at the vehicles on their lot as I drove by and never thought to inquire about many of the beautiful car I noticed. However, I looked on autotrader.com and saw a car they were advertising and decided to go there to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Mike, who advised me the vehicle recently sold. He informed me there we a few more similar vehicles that I looked at and test drove one of them. My first thought was to think overnight about purchasing the vehicle I liked. No one from the staff pressured me into purchasing the vehicle. They assured me the vehicle was priced well and likely to sell quickly. I decided to purchased the vehicle, because they were patient with me. I worked with Mike, Tony, Oliver, and Deen throughout the process to purchase the vehicle. It was a real pleasure doing business with their staff. I highly recommend this establishment. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

I just got a 2015 Dodge Challenger from Fred's Executive Auto for my birthday as a gift from my girlfriend and I would like to say the staff was friendly, they went above and beyond to make my moment a memorable moment , and I would definitely advise and recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. I was originally skeptical of Fred’s (usually what happens when you look at the negative reviews first) but It turned out to be a great experience. Bottom line is that they were transparent and very concerned with customer service. They sold me a great 2014 Subaru Forester for a great price and allowed me to get a pre-purchase inspection at the Subaru dealership shop 15 minutes away. This is something that I would recommend everyone do and probably would have mitigated most of the issues that I see in the negative reviews that I’ve read. The process was relatively efficient and I don’t feel as though I was sitting and waiting for too long. In the meantime they asked me if wanted anything like water or coffee and I said coffee, turns out someone ran to the McDonald’s across the street to get me coffee. Fred’s definitely values the customer first and I can’t speak for all but they acted in good faith with me and were very transparent. Couldn’t be happier.

I had purchased a car from Fred’s Auto Executive 6 months ago; not only was it an amazing deal but it was a smooth and straight forward process. Their professional sales team worked with me, my financial status, and found a vehicle which was perfect for me. That was not only it they were tremendously kind. Recently I was involved in a car accident which cosmetically destroyed my VWJ. I called the dealership and the Owner told me to bring it in and they’ll have a look at it. Just like that they did. They replaced both quarter panels, installed a new grill and rotated my tires at a very affordable price. Overall I am very pleased with Fred’s Auto Executive because they focus on quality of service in every aspect. FIVE of FIVE stars I definitely WOULD RECOMMEND to a FRIEND.

I just bought an Audi A4 from Freds and I’m so Happy with it! I am traveling to Columbia South Carolina for work in a few days and the team at Fred’s was able to accommodate me in getting the vehicle inspected, the paperwork written up, and everything financed in such a timely manner. Not to mention the outstanding deal I got. Their customer service is next level. I will honestly be back for my next car with Freds because I feel so taken care of. Thanks guys :)

I went to this Dealership in good faith let them know up front that my credit was not stellar. First of all got the total run around called did not get an answer back, you would have thought that I said a foul word just by trying to purchase one of their vehicles. My time was wasted to come from Maryland to test drive this 2008 Range Rover when the Dealership knew that their "Guaranteed Financing " was a farce. I would not tell a soul to go and purchase a car from this dealer as a matter of fact I would tell them to stay away at all cost. Fred's Executive Auto is the worse car buying ordeal that I have ever went through and I have been buying cars since I was 18 years old.

I believe my experience at Fred’s was great. The Lexus IS i purchased was just as pictured and the help I got was exceptional. I’d like to point out somebody who made the experience so much more easy for me. His name was Tony. He said he deals with the tags and other things but he helped me get my tags in a matter of days instead of me going to the busy NOVA area that it is. Mike was great to work with. Ask for him when you go shopping for a car at Freds Executive Auto! He did a great job showcasing the cars..I ended up getting an Audi A8. Mike followed up as promised after my purchase and hooked it up with some paint! The staff is very cool and not pushy when it comes to your auto purchase. The finance guy David did a great job as well got us a great rate, and I walked out of the dealership with my new car. Good vibes at the dealership you dont feel cheated or scammed. Will recommend to friends and family and I know where I'll be purchasing my next car!

Please avoid buying a car from this dealership. We bought a used 2013 Honda Civic. While buying the owner of the dealership was very friendly & told us that we could bring the car back if there was any issues. After driving it on the very first day, we noticed that the AC was not working. After calling multiple times the salesman Shams & others deflected us telling us to bring it to their auto repair shop. When we finally took it to their affiliated shop (Alexandria Car Clinic) for repair, they told us that there was a leak & it would cost $500 (there were other issues like the rear window could not be opened, etc.). We contacted the dealership hoping they would take care of it (as it was an existing problem). The dealership refused to take care of repair charges saying it was too late (it had only been a month & we had been constantly in touch with the salesman). On the whole, the dealership is a fraud and I would caution anyone from buying their car from this dealership.

The sales team and over went over and beyond to get us into the car of our choice. Hubby and I were pleased with the customer service and the buying experience at Fred's Executive Auto. You will not be disappointed because not only is the customer service top notch, but the prices on his cars are unbeatable. To top it off, we received a wonderful Afghan dinner without cost to us from his brother's fabulous restaurant (Dunya Afghan)! We would definitely come to Fred's Executive Auto again and the restaurant!!

I had been out car shopping all day when I made this dealership my last stitch effort after being out for 9 hours looking for a good deal. I brought my mom along with and by that point we were both exhausted and fed up after dealing with unprofessional salesman all day. After surveying their lot for a bit, Mike assisted us with finding the perfect car for me. After a test drive I sat down with Tony and David who got me the best deal I ever could have imagined. They stayed 3 hours past their closing time and helped me out in every single way they could have. I had the best experience with them. It was almost scary how helpful they were. I will say that the temperament of this dealership may take some off guard. They are very laid back and do not put any pressure on you. Beyond the sale, they have taken care of me and my car since and maintained the same high level of great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen now.

This place is great. I live in west virginia and had to drive 6 hours to get to the dealership and they waited 2 hours after closing just for me. The car was in amazing condition just as pictured . I was in and out of there in no time. For all out of staters like me, I highly recommend this place!!! Not to mention that I left with a great price and the next day they got me an even lower interest rate and a lower payment. It's definatly worth the visit and I will definatly come back in the future thank you guys so much.

I drove all the way from Arlington to Woodbridge to view a vehicle I saw online (2008 Black CL63). I was very interested in the car and had already driven down on sunday when they were closed to see it but of course couldn't test drive. When I arrived today, not a single person came out to greet me despite a lot empty of visible customers. The only person that said hello was the gentleman washing the cars. I even saw two sales people conversing outside when I pulled onto the lot both of which scattered as I pulled in. You would have thought so was driving a 1968 Ford! I had already submitted an online request for info that got ignored. I suppose I should have taken that as a sign. If this is the level of customer service you receive at this dealership then I'll pass. I even slowly paced around just to give them a second chance to come out before I left. Nothing...thanks but no thanks. It's a shame because I really loved the car, but I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
