Worst experience I ever had with any dealership!!!!

Rookie Sales Agent. Unfulfilled promises after 23 days. No after Sales follow ups. This is a complete disappointment from BMW. Vehicle was released with battery issue and I had to go to other dealer to get it fixed and I need to work my ass out to sorted it out. This dealer just don’t care!!!! I was charged by my bank due to non payment of traded vehicle. I have saved history of screenshots of messages emails numerous follow ups to the Sales Team but they just don’t care!!!!

Jason is my service rep. He is top notch. Jason is knowledgeable and professional. He explains things throughly. Vegas, a valet, will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy even though it’s not part of his job. My salesman, Joel, is more than happy refreshing my memory how to use the gadgets in my car.
