Stohlman Subaru

I bought my Forester from Stohlman in 2006, and they have serviced it since that time. Stohlman is lucky to have seasoned service advisors - and more often than not, Carlos has been "on duty." He's knowledgeable in service, is accurate in projecting costs, and is outstanding in explaining. He's affable, has a good sense of humor, and remembers customers - all in all he projects excellent public relations for Stohlman. No wonder he's right inside the service door on the right! I find that the Stohlman Dealership looks after their employees and it shows in their customer relations. But Carlos is A-1 in my book. Thanks for the opportunity to write a review!
