I bought my 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium, 6 speed manual transmission on August 26, 2013. Randall T is my sales rep and I can say he is the best. He has gone to lengths no car salesman went before, we did not have credit in the USA and his business manager did not want to deliver the car since we did not have a letter from the lender - we had been approved already - but finally Randall and me made it possible to drive our brand new Outback that day. I went to change the oil next day with just 33 miles, I am crazy, yes. But this is the most important oil change... So far, Carlos C has been my service rep most of the time and he is just a great guy. I get a free car wash anytime I want. Jorge at parts is very nice, gets me decent prices on parts. I only have changed oil, tire rotation and alignment in 13k miles. The car is just great, the best. The dealer is just top! I fully recommend them. Now, this is for a Subaru which does not break down constantly like a VW... Our next Outback will be a 3.6R for my wife, fully equipped.
