Be aware of shady and dishonest bait-and-switch pricing! This seems to be a large reputable company but they have a very dishonest and shady pricing strategy, bite and switch, get the customer sign all the paperwork on one price and then raise it afterwords $5.5k. The manager Nacir Assaadi decided to make a last minute $5.5k increase on the deal that has already been agreed upon, finalized, signed and all the paperwork (bank application, Purchase Order, CC form, etc, etc) were already submitted. We are out of state so every Buyer's Order sent to us between Dec. 21st and Dec. 27 had the same OTD price and nothing indicated that it was or will be raised. Then after all been finalized, signed and submitted, the management decided to charge a customer an amount $5.5k greater than the amount advertised and quoted in all the documents during the prior 6 days. This is a bait-and-switch pricing strategy which is extremely unethical, misleading, and deceptive. Our sales guy was amazing all along the process but with the management like Nacir Assaadi he could only express his understanding of what happened and condolences. Hopefully many potential buyer's will be warned that at this dealership your final OTD price on the signed Purchase Order is not your actual price but just a bait to lure you in from out of state and then raise it when you already committed to the deal.

Successful Internet sales purchase, sight unseen but for photos on web page. Very smooth and anxiety-free experience with Rosenthal Jaguar/Land Rover in Vienna, VA. This has been my very best feat after having made thousands of smaller item online purchases over the years but until now never an automobile. Really liked working with Internet Salesman Craig Faunce online and over-the-phone and thanks to his professional labors I was able to travel up from Norfork to collect my new(awesome)wheels and then return to Norfolk on the same day. Giving Rosenthal and their entire crew the highest recommendation for a friendly stress-free major purchase.

Phenomenal Customer Service and Professionalism

I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime and none impressed me more then this dealership. Everyone was well experienced and took great care of me. The whole car buying process was efficient and seamless while they were flexible and gave me a great Price. Craig Faunce and Tyler in financing both blew me away and made me feel like family. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your car buying needs.

We love this dealership. My husband and I have come back twice already to purchase new cars with them. We have bought a total of 4 cars and each time we leave with a big smile in our faces. They make the process very pleasant and easy. Craig Faunce is amazing! We will come back to this dealership for our next new car purchase.

Great sales rep, professional staff, great price

I recently bought a used jaguar XF from this dealer. The sales rep who helped us was the nicest, most helpful and most professional I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He followed up and went out of his way to make this a good experience and to make sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Love my car and would definitely refer others to this dealership.

Always a great experience to get my car serviced at TYson's Jaguar. The service riders are exceptional people that really know and do there jobs well. I have been a customer here for 4 years and have always been happy with the quality of work. I had been requested to write a review by the service manager.

Rosenthal jaguar of tysons

The Jaguar XF is my first luxury car. I like the performance and the styling of the car. The Jaguar brand is very unique and we hear there are more good things to come since a new company took it over. The showroom at Rosenthal Jaguar of Tysons is extremely nice and clean. The people are also very helpful.

I shopped several Jaguar dealership in virginia and maryland before finally ending up at Rosenthal Jaguar. I was surprised at how much lower their prices were from the others. All though I had to be patient to finally end up at the price, it was well worth it. I love my new Jag!

If you love your baby as much as I love mine, then this is the place to take your kitty. It is very important to me who service and clean my car. I have spent alot of money for the XK supercharged (that' right) and I wanted in tip top shape all the time. The guys at Rosenthal Jaguar gives that TLC to my baby

I recently purchased a new Jaguar XF from Rosenthal Jaguar. I traded in my Jaguar XK and was very happy with the treatment and prices that I received from them. Since I have been servicing my XK there, I believe the trade in value was better than average. That help me decide to go with the XF since I hardly use the convertible top on the XF. The salesman and the manager (Ogun) really went out of their way to get the deal that I was confortable with.

Good Jaguar Service Dealer

I recently took my Jaguar XK to Rosenthal Jaguar for the 30k service. My experience there was very good. My service advisor took the time to explain what the maintenance covered and also introduced me to a new product that they recently started selling. She took me to a car in their showroom that had the product "cilajet" on the vehicle. The showroom car look great but I was not sure if the product did that or is it the lights in the showroom. She assured me that I will be very happy with cilajet on my car. I decided to get it and I have to say that cilajet made my car look better than new. My neighbor thought I bought a new car! I called Susan to let her know that I was very happy with the cilajet product and she asked me to write about my experience online.
