Amazing Staff - Efficient Process

Gary was outstanding as I randomly came in during a break in my day to check out an Arteon they had up front. I asked to take a test drive, Gary obliged and was exceptional in providing info around the vehicle. There was no pressure from him to make the sale that day and I came back two days later after speaking on the phone to complete the sale of a recently arrived Arteon. Finance office was quick and didn't pressure to purchase additional items that weren't needed. Thanks for making it such a painless process and I appreciate the efficient manner you all made the sale.

I brought my Tiguan in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the lounge while my vehicle was serviced. The lounge is very comfortable with coffee, other drinks and snacks available. I didn't have to wait too long for service to be completed. All of the service staff is great to work with.

Easy Comfortable buying experience

I was in the market for a new car after shopping for used cars for a bit. Prior to dealing with west broad vw, I felt a lot of pressure when looking to buy and like they were trying to sell me rather than meet my needs. Scot never pressured me and was always making sure everything was to my liking. The buying process was extremely smooth and stress free

Purchased a new vehicle with this dealership last week & I am very pleased with the service! Mr. Alvarez was great! I stopped by one evening close to closing and he was in contact from that point to even over the phone at the start of the next business day! I had other appointments and put them off to return the next morning & I have no regrets! I brought my car in as I had it serviced at a different shop in the area and they messed up twice. I dropped my car off at VW one evening for them to look at it the next day. They called back first thing the next morning with a diagnosis and was able to fix my car that day. I am glad I was able to find someone that did work correct the first time and have my car in and out that same day.
