My parents recently found themselves in a situation where their older model Jeep required more service than was feasible for the age of the vehicle. Ginny Farley contacted them and explained the situation to them and helped them find another vehicle that would serve their needs. It sounds so commonplace, but she went way beyond the normal customer service of any dealership! She gave them her personal cell and i was able to call and chat with her before they even got to the dealership ( I live 3 hours Away). The vehicles we discussed were waiting for them without them having to walk all over (which is not possible anyway). She is not even a sales person! She is my hero today and i appreciate asssociates that understand the challenges and do all they can to help the customer find what they need! Thank you for employing people like Ginny and for their help and understanding for the elderly customers!

Military Auto Sales

I purchased a vehicle here in Afghanistan from military auto sales. I purchased a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram Limited. When my wife went to pick up the truck she was told it wasn't there after receiving an email saying it was. When she called the manager said it was there and she could pick it up the next day. When she went to pick the truck up it had 77 miles on it. I was on Facetime and they tried to tell me they had to test drive it. I told them I purchased the truck from military auto sales and they had no reason to drive it. The salesman then tried to tell me other obviously like I'm not educated. Then he told me he would get with the manager and they would take care of it. I went to sleep because I'm 9.5hrs ahead and come to find out they didn't take care of it. Now I can't reach them by email. No one responds. This is the way they treat their military everyone should avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service.

Best Sales Associate and Staff

I drove all the way from Georgia to get a truck in VA. The Sales manager, Finance Manager and Sales Associate was the Best. They are true to there word and did not deceived me in the pricing. Crossroads Dodge advertisement is accurate and depicts true deals. I will drive from Georgia anytime to get great deals. I will recommend everyone I know to give them a chance, because they will save Thousands of dollars.

We had issues with our car and Rick did a great job assisting us with our services. We had recently purchased our Jeep from Crossroads and have had nothing but great service. I had a question for Rick and he got back to me in a timely manner. I am about to get a new car next year and I will be going to Crossroads.

I live in Suffolk, VA and was looking to purchase a Jeep Renegade Latitude 4x4. I compared prices with the exact same features on 8 different dealerships and none could compare to the final out the door price of Crossroads! I spoke to Thomas "TJ" Harris and he was knowledgeable, sincere, and gave me a price that when I showed up was the true out the door price, nothing additional! Usually someone tries to add something additional after you get there, but not them. I was so pleased that my husband and I decided we will get our next vehicle (probably a Dodge Truck) there from him in the next year or two. I would gladly drive an hour each way again for such great treatment and for a quality vehicle. Their car lot was huge! Not just 2 or 3 cars to choose from! After looking at at least 15 dealers on line around Richmond I continuously showed up to the lots only to hear we sold that last week or that's outta state now I was getting frustrated to say the least. I went to crossroads and they had every car I saw online! I told them I was just looking and they still showed me the attention I deserve as a possible customer without being pushy. Later that day I showed back up and they were more very helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars in stock. I closed that day on a great car under KBB value.

The showroom may look nice, but their price was not competitive and they offered the lowest value for our trade in. The salesman refused to provide a quote for the minivan I wanted, made my husband test drive a car he had already driven and seemed very pushy about us leaving with a new car that same day. No thanks, the kiddie room and popcorn they serve surely isn't worth buying a car from them! Dealerships like this are the reason many people think car salesman are schemers only interested in taking a car buyer for as much of their money as possible while providing as little effort as possible.
