We had plans to go Dow to Georgia to pick up a vehicle; but wife saw the Escalade when she heading to work. She stopped by…. and that was it took…. Tyler Good; lived up to his namesake…. He took extra time with my wife to go over the details before she called me to come to over to take a look. She knew was going to come home with me…. Thanks Tyler.

Jeremy and Alex were so much fun to work with. They made our purchase so easy by paying attention to our wants and needs. Their honesty and courtesy was the best. We left Hendrick Cadillac laughing and trading jokes and we will highly recommend Hendrick's to our friends. Even the sales people on the floor without a customer were very friendly. The place was also modern and clean. Thank you Rick Hendrick for keeping the bar high.

I purchased the '13 Summer Gold Cadillac ATS and let me say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I loved my salesmen John B., he was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew all of my options. I did not feel rushed and he made the experience personal by making me feel like I was his only customer and not just another customer. He made sure I knew he was there if I needed him. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Though I am not too keen on the service dept. that's another story. I'm so glad I decided to go to Rick Hendricks after I visited 2 other dealerships for my Cadillac purchase. No buyers remorse here. :-) Thank you guys!!
