This is my first time coming in for service at this location which is miles above other locations I have used. I have C300, relatively new and needed to have an odd noise checked out. Staff is friendly and courteous. All of my questions were answered and the waiting area was very comfortable as I opted to wait for my car. I would highly recommend when making an appointment to note if a loaner car is needed. I will take advantage of that service next time.
