The entire transaction went as smoothly as I could ask for. I intially started with a car buying service but quickly realized there was no need to use this service since my customer service team provided me a better offer. I would highly recommend this dealership and I would eagerly use them in the future.

I was able to complete the application process over the phone. I picked my vehicle out online and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to sign the paperwork in-house. It was smooth sailing, quick, & easy. I liked that Brian let us ask the questions and he wasn't overbearing. And I liked that John was ready for us upon our arrival. I have nothing bad to say about the experience.

Just purchased my second Range Rover Evoque. I cannot think of a service for the last or sales experience for the new one that was anything less than exceptional. I have had my share of luxury vehicles over the years, and I consider myself to be a well informed car guy. That said, I have pretty high expectations for customer service that are met at every level by Land Rover of Richmond. Everyone I interact with is consistently cordial, helpful and knowledgeable, Never have a problem getting an appointment, and the service is always well explained. I actually had the ability to watch my car being serviced on occasion. Nice to the the technicians treating the Evoque as if it were their own. Given that the Evoque seems to be a great eye catcher, I find frequently find myself referring others to the dealership,,and am confident they will be treated the same. Arguably one of the best car buying and servicing experiences I have had in Richmond!
