If you like being lied to, by all means go here.............

Bought a 2013 Altima here in early 2015, and my purchase experience has been nothing but horrible. They deserved negative stars, but unfortunately 1 is the minimum. First they messed up my finance application, which took months to resolve (this credit goes to Drew / Abdi Kadir). They somehow managed to bungled my SSN with my brother's SSN in my new car loan and his existing car loan with NMAC, which to this day was never really sorted. Everytime I called they always asked me which car when I only have 1. And they even had to close my account and open a new one, with at least my correct SSN although for whatever reason my brother's car is still listed under my account. But I paid off my loan now so I will just leave well enough alone. Note that I was about to pay in cash, but they had me sign up for a loan for a $500 rebate which in the end was not passed on to me. Nope, no rebate, just the headached and unprofessional work. This to me is the epitome of incompetence. Also, thanks Drew for lying to me and for not having the decency to admit to my face that you're lying the whole time you promised I would get a rebate from my brother's VIP bucks. You have wasted hours and hours of my and my brother's time. All those days I had to keep coming back to the dealership when you could've just admitted you lied to get me to buy the car along with the VIP membership and warranty. Shout out to the general manager too, you were CCed in my emails to drew, and yet did nothing to rectify his gross incompetence. Thanks for that. One last issue (for now), when I bought the car, I saw that the edges of the trunk lid has a little air bubble each. Unfortunately I didn't think much of it then. 7 months down the road, the air bubbles increased in size and eventually cracked. I took the car back to the dealership only to be told that the previous owner has painted the car trunk themselves and is therefore not under warranty. The service manager said that the clear coat finish is different because it was too thick. Well, I paid more $$$ buying "certified" for a reason. Looks like their how ever many hundreds of inspection points might just be for show. In short, I'm out another $300 to repaint the trunk lid. To summarize, they sold me a lemon and called it certified. Buyers beware!!! Needless to say I will tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership (and beware of other sheehy dealerships) at all cost! I should have known they are not legit given their D minus BBB rating.
