Was not my intention to be car shopping but a no-fault accident required that I do so when I vehicle was totaled. Was distraught at the idea of having a car payment and knowing I could not afford what I really wanted, a replacement for my Expedition. Stopped by Apple Ford because we had success with them previously and absolutely loved our sales rep, Robert Coleman, just to see what they may have on the used lot. Thought I was going to have to "settle" just to have a vehicle but Robert showed me a 2012 Expedition that was in perfect condition but affordable due to high mileage. The next day, I drove the car home and could not be happier. I didn't have to settle. My needs were met and I so enjoy the professional yet fun atmosphere that the staff at Apple Ford provides! Can't say enough about the Customer Service, before, during and after my purchase of my F-150 truck. Aaron Kidd was simply fantastic as were all the rest of the Apple Ford Team. Darryl Hufton has a great bunch, and in terms of customer service...THEY GET IT!!!! Highly recommend them to any one interested in buying a Ford.

Apple Ford's online site is great. While sitting at my kitchen table, I was able to review different makes and models of cars. Once I settled on one I really liked, just hit the price lock button. Next morning Arron called, I went to the dealership and the rest is history. Thanks Arron & Apple Ford, love my new focus

I could not have asked for the process of buying a new vehicle to go any smoother. After test driving the vehicle, I was able to do everything from home including filling out my credit application. Aaron always responded promptly to my emails. I went in on a Saturday morning around 11am and Aaron had everything ready and waiting for me. I was driving down the road in my new SUV before noon.
