I bought a new Odyssey last weekend with Umer Hassan as my sales guy. He made the buying process low stress while getting me a good price. Umer clearly cares about his clients and wants to maintain a good reputation for himself and Bill Page Honda. I purchased the paint and interior protection package when I bought my new van, but the dealership wasn't in a situation to apply it the day of the purchase. I decided after thinking a couple days that I really didn't think I wanted it and would prefer a refund. Umer worked with me and his team to make that happen.
