BUYER BEWARE. I purchased LoJack from them. I found out it was never even activated when my car was stolen in December. Initially I was told LoJack is lying and they registered it. You can see the dealer activated it the day my car was stolen on the app. Then I was told it's probably been ripped out anyway and on a truck going to Texas. I don't understand why the LoJack was recommended if they think it's that worthless. My car was found with the LoJack still in it. It never connected to my car because the dealer missed the window to register it, which bricked it. The car was totaled. If the LoJack had been working as agreed upon, I would have been able to find my car in under 2 minutes. Instead, it was gone for a week and ruined. The General Manager called and offered to make it right, then never returned my calls after that. Over 2 months later and multiple calls, including texts to the salesman I worked with, I have not been called back. They breached our contract and stole my money. I will never buy a car from this place again.

So, I got in touch online with this dealership after the local JEEP dealer did not have a Renegade in the build that I was looking for. I was very specific that I was looking for either 4 WD or AWD with a manual transmission and I was VERY specific that my wanting a manual was nonnegotiable. She assured me that they had just received 14 new Renegade and that more than one of them had a manual transmission. Today I took 2 hours off work and drove a 1/2 hour trip either way. Cheryl passed me off to Trevor who was a decent enough sales rep, though rather than checking stock we walked through the lot examining the Renegades there, then he does another check with Cheryl, but we already know the outcome of all this now don't we? Not one Renegade with a manual tranny on the lot. I got a dismissive sorry from Cheryl, looks like a nice enough dealership with a lot of mafioso looking suits clustered in conversations on the lot, I won't be going back....

My son was looking for a Jeep Wrangler. He contacted Southern and asked to see a particular Jeep. After several calls, he was told the vehicle would be at the showroom for us to see on a Saturday morning. When we arrived, the vehicle was not only not available, but was at another showroom location, being prepped, and no key was available. After looking at the vehicle from the outside, my son decided to get a price to buy (he drove another Jeep to see how the drove). During a discussion with the salesman, we told him what our research found with regard to what others were paying ($1,800-2,000 below MSRP) and the salesman took our position to the manager. He came back and said they could do $1,800 off MSRP (even though he told us earlier they didn't discount these vehicles). We looked at the printout and to be sure, they discounted it $1,800...but after adding $2,000 to the MSRP (on the window sticker and on their website)! These folks need to get their act together and we were insulted by their shell game on pricing. They had the gall to tell us they added that amount to take the plastic off and change the oil. I'm not kidding! Son found a good deal at another local dealer and is happy. Stay away from these guys (or at least this particular dealership).

The staff is unprofessional. The service is seriously lacking. And the selection is limited. If you have a complaint it will not be heard. The only waving this Jeep girl will be doing is waving 'Bye-Bye'.
