We drove about 2 hours to come to Flow Mazda of Charlottesville. It was the best decision we made with the purchase of my new Mazda CX-5. Jenny was a pleasure to work with and the entire staff at Flow Mazda in Charlottesville were friendly. The process was exceptional and nothing felt forced. The atmosphere there was laid back and relaxed. When it comes time to get another vehicle, I'll definitely be returning there.

Ray Jordan is the salesperson who just sold me a car from Flow Mazda of Charlottesville (October '23) . He was exceptionally patient, knowledgable and concerned about my buying the "right car". I came to the dealership to test drive/purchase a new Mazda SUV but in the end bought a lightly used trade-in. Couldn't be happier with Ray's guidance and help throughout the purchase process and will definitely use him again when buying from Flow. If you are going to shop in this store, look for Ray Jordan! He helped me with all info I needed. I am a picky buyer and would always ask for the best price/rate/deal. Ray knew that I am shopping from a number of different dealership and he respected that. He always replies to my gazillions questions even though I did not guarantee that I will buy from him. No tricks and gimmicks from him, all facts and numbers and I like that. Because of that, when I saw a great deal from another Mazda store from a different state, I showed Ray if they can match that offer because I wanted to buy from Ray. He then worked with me and they were able to match it (they even got me an even better deal). This dealership did not have any other additional cost like market adjustment and stuff that is why I got the best deal here. Plus their lobby feels so luxurious. When you visit say for a test drive or just window shopping, make sure you go ahead and make yourself a warm French Vanilla drink.

I was shopping around and trying to get a new vehicle to retire my old VW. I met Ray Jordan in Flow VW and then again in Flow Mazda. He explained everything so well that I decided to buy a Mazda. Following a head on collision with a BIG deer that totaled my previous Mazda CX-5, went to Flow Mazda to look for a replacement car. The salesperson we met that day was Ray Jordan and are we ever glad to have made his acquaintance! I was very specific as to the model I wanted - just like the one that got smashed. Ray was able to find one available in Charlottesville and held it so I could do a test drive. It is a great car with a lot of safety features that were also in the old one - features that kept us completely safe in the collision that smashed the entire front of the car, bent the driver door pillar and deployed the airbags. The only thing Ray couldn't provide was a red car - sad face! But, he tried very hard to find one for us and I give him a huge A-Plus for the effort. He explained the situation to the sales manager who kindly gave a discount because the car wasn't in a color we liked. I have already learned to like the new one! The key thing is that Ray took his time, never made us feel rushed or pressured and , when it was time to show us the changes between the old model and the new, took a long time to go over everything with us and helped us get all the communications set up. We are very happy with the new car and even happier with Ray Jordan and the Flow Automotive Group!

I just bought a fantastic car at Flow Mazda in Charlottesville VA. The process was amazingly stress free, and the reason was that I worked with Ray Jordan. I really think he was more concerned with making sure I was happy with my purchase than trying to sell me on it. He had multiple opportunities to try to upsell me on cars they had on the lot and didn't. Having said that, if he wasn't sure what I wanted was right for me - I think he would have said so. I bought a used car (A Subaru at a Mazda dealership) and Ray clearly went out of his way to learn about the car I was buying in order to make sure it was right for me. When I bought the car he personally drove it out to my house to make the transaction more easy for me - clearly taking time out of a busy day. The next time I buy a car I will look for Ray at Flow Mazda and I will advise my friends to do the same thing!

That car was not on the lot. However, Ray kept me informed, and was able to get it in two weeks. Two words - Ray Jordan. Amazing and simple experience that I'd recommend to anyone. Purchasing a vehicle in 2022 is difficult. Change that. It's awful. So when one person stands out from the crowd and turns it into an enjoyable time, you need to listen. I began my search over 6 months ago with a Honda Accord that hit over 300k miles. 16 years of one vehicles through three states. I needed an SUV but people told me I'd pay through the nose or sacrifice a small animal (kidding!) to get what I wanted. MOST dealerships in the state (yes, STATE - not just the town or region) offered me "deals" that were beneficial to only them. I won't mention them by name. By happenstance, I stopped into Flow and sat down with Ray. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and - relaxed. Nothing pushy. He asked what I wanted. Then offered me exactly that if I could be patient. After 306 thousand miles, I knew patience. Ray quoted me a price - and the exact color I wanted - for far less than the others. He even found me a deal on the higher trim - but didn't push it because he knew I was a teacher. I walked out of there smiling and made my decision when he texted me the next week stating my desired car would be in stock soon. Everybody else told me to settle and "that's the way the market is right now, so deal with it." Many outright lied. Some told me black was a premium color and forced issues on me. Only one person spoke the truth - and delivered. Besides, he's an amazing guy. In this crazy world right now, we don't need a crazy car buying experience. Flow Mazda is that unicorn. Ray Jordan - he's a treasure of a human being. Thank you - from me and my 2023 Crystal Blue CX-5.
