Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! BEWARE!!! The service advisors and techs could not find the problem to my Dodge. Instead, of honoring their inability to remediate my problem, they charged me for time loss on their behalf. When I asked for a possible fix and or diagnosis of the on going issue, they jumped to charge me an additional $350 dollars to try and figure out the problem, I originally brought my car to them to repair and paid them for which let me reiterate had no idea to fix for the price I was paying. This is a BAIT and SWITCH! WHO DOES THAT??? HOW DO YOU TELL SOMEONE WE(DODGE) CAN NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM, BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY US $110 FOR "HOOKING UP YOUR CAR" AND IF YOU WANT US TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AND BE ABLE TO CHARGE YOU ANOTHER $11O TO REPAIR, YOU MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL $350. THESE PEOPLE ARE [violative content deleted]!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. To make matters worse, upon leaving their lot, my truck shuts off and did not start while driving, and they claimed that they are not liable for any repair beyond the job they never completed or could diagnose. I can not fathom how anyone including the GENERAL MANAGER whom also is a part of this mess, being fully responsible for my vehicle while in their care for repair would not be fully responsible for my vehicle turning off while driving and not wanting to start again.
