Patrick Buick - GMC Experience

Brian Mackta and the entire team that was involved with our purchase did an OUTSTANDING job! Over the years, just like all of us, I've had my dealings with New Car adventures and most have been terrible. This experience however, was absolutely painless. The first impressions that we have of your organization is very very good. I hope that any other interactions we have over time are just as easy!

Amazing Staff

I recently purchased a car from Patrick and had a problem with my window. I was in a bit of a time crunch and the folks there recognized that and went out of their way to get it done as quickly as possible. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the technician that did the work, but, he was extremely friendly and very talented. When the regulator was fixed, he noticed a problem with the switch and instead of just ordering the part, he personally drove to get the part. I cannot say enough about how great the entire experience was. I will be taking my car to them for any issue that comes up as they have completely gained my trust!

Worst Customer Service

My vehicle was brought in to the service shop for work. The problem was not fixed and a new problem was created in the process. The service department and the owner refused to take any responsibilty for the issues. Cost over 2000 to have nothing fixed. I felt like I was robbed.

Not great service!

I've had many problems with the service dept. The last time I took my vehicle in was the end of Aug 07. They had to order a part and they said they would call me to let me know when it was in. At the end of Nov I still had not heard from them. I called them and my service advisor was not in but somebody else tried to help me. They at first told me no part had been ordered but then after another 5 min's found that it was ordered and had actually been at the dealership for sometime. They were going to have my service advisor call me the next day. Well I waited a week but no call. I had to make yet another call to set up the appt. I took it in with a few other items on my list. They left me a message letting me know it was ready but didn't address that they didn't fix any of my other problems. They just put on my sheet that they found no problems other than normal functions!! Poor service.... :(
