onI purchased a Mustang in 2015. Along with the purchase I also purchased the extended warranty. I have yet to receive the warranty coupon book. Every time I attempt to get service from your dealership, I feel as though my business was not appreciated because I was told if I needed service I could get a loaner vehicle. This has never happened. I don't believe you should promise people things if you can't deliver on your promise. I will not be purchasing anything else from your dealership, not because of that, but for the attitude I received when talking to one of the service managers over the phone.
