Great All Around Experience

It starts when you are greeted by the freindly front desk person who makes you feel welcome and invites you into the dealership. From there, they send you to the approapriate sales person who also makes you feel welcome. They find out what you need and help you find the right car for you, instead of trying to sell you what they have on the lot. They are honest and upfront about the pricing and don't try to hit you with hidden fees. It makes buying a car a lot less stressful!

Lenny is an awesome sales advisor! He took the time to ensure I knew the difference between each model of the XC60. He went above and beyond by showing me vehicles in Volvo’s overflow lot. Great experience in a challenging time!

We went to a number (4) of other dealerships before stopping in at Lindsay Volvo… At the other establishments, we encountered salespeople who were not knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and weren’t familiar with the inventory of their stores. When we met with Evan Flynn at Lindsay Volvo we finally encountered someone who was friendly, and welcoming, knew every feature by model and exactly where to find the vehicle we wanted on the various lots. He was quite simply outstanding!!!! The cost of used cars has sky rocketed but we were able to get a little break on the price and the car we needed for our son is now parked in our driveway. Kudos to Lindsay for having such a great salesperson… we will be back for our next car that is for certain!

No loaner initially, but they made it right!

I scheduled my year one service on my S60. I arrived early, and I was told they just ran out of loaner cars to allow me to get to work. After checking and rechecking, we concluded there would be no loaner, so I left with my car disappointed. After getting on the road to work in my car, my phone rang after 15 minutes, and a lady informed me they had located a loaner car for me and asked if I wanted to return to get my car serviced. I did, and the loaner was a nice XC60 which got me to work and back. Some glitches? Yes, but they certainly applied some extra effort to make it right! Thanks to the Lindsay Volvo Service Department.

Excellent Sales Experience

Friendly staff. Our salesman name was Dan. He had excellent knowledge of all the SUVs. My wife has always wanted a Volvo and picked a XC60 Recharge. We did pay a little more than I wanted but the experience was excellent and the car was exactly what she wanted without having to wait a long period of time to find another like it.

The over all experiences I had with with Danny as my new service rep was very satisfactory. A technician found a nail in one of my tires that could not be repaired so a rental was offered to me at the dealer expense. This was a 40,000 mile maintenance which because of the tire took more time than usual. My only complaint is I never knew a new tire for a Volvo would be that expensive.

Dealer had a good quantity of models I was looking for. After Online research, I found the car I was interested in, sent an email, and was contacted by a sales agent. No hassles, the offer went beyond my expectations. Completed most paperwork online, which streamlined the process on day of pickup. Because I knew exactly which vehicle packages I was buying, I noticed that the all weather floor mats/cargo liner were not in the car. The agent quickly got a full new set for the car. Overall a good experience.

Purchased 2020 Volvo XC60

Our sales rep Evan was very nice and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. The deal was negotiated online and better than the pricing at another dealership. That part of the experience was great. I would have given 5 stard had we not been waiting for several hours for the finance department to do our paperwork, supposedly they were backed up. Seems to me if you have customers with appointments you should have the staff available to service your customers. A 3 hour wait is unacceptable. They almost lost a sale.

BEST Experience at a Volvo in the DMV

This was the third Volvo dealer in the area that I visited. I met with the Donald Seale and later with Markell Robinson. Both were professional and honest.
