I researched the trade-in value of my 2012 vehicle, pricing for the 2015 vehicle, my finance options, and transfer of my VA tags before I visited the dealership. The advance preparation helped make the purchase experience very easy and smooth. The salesperson, the manager, and the finance person all treated me like a valued customer. I appreciated my experience and would purchase another vehicle from this dealership. This is my second VW and the first time I have ever been a repeat purchaser of the same vehicle brand. I loved my 2012 Golf TDI and I will feel the same about my 2015 Golf TDI. I am recommending the Golf to members of my family. There is a small chip in the paint on my car that was not noticed when I took possession. The dealership has ordered touch-up paint and has promised to have Service do the touch-up. I am confident they will accomplish this expediently.
