The service department here is highly trained and well managed. I overheard that they had 34 appointments today (Veterans Day) not including walk-ins, yet they were able to do a special front-end upgrade on my 2006 Sonata that few dealerships would attempt, much less complete to perfection under warranty. On a previous visit, I had new tires road-force balanced and mounted and they returned my Sonata washed. The alloys were immaculate and shine was applied to the tires. The equipment and tooling they provide to their technicians is first rate. They are not set up like a Jiffy Lube or Merchant Tire and while they usually get my car back to me within an hour for minor stuff, I'm more interested in quality than a rush-job. I've arranged for a loaner in advance only when I need one and always get it. If waiting (yes they have wireless and an internet cafe), they are good about letting me know if they get busy and recommend their shuttle, which also picks me up later. I am very satisfied with Alexandria Hyundai service and will continue to have all of my maintenance service and warranty repairs performed here.
