I was asked to leave their showroom and get a BMW from another dealer for wasting their staff time trying to get a right BMW for the right price. I followed their advice and got a new BMW from a another dealer. My experience is well documented with BMW HQ in New Jersey.

A Great Experience with Automaster BMW

I purchased a new BMW a week ago from Automaster BMW in Burlington, Vermont. The car is amazing and I wanted to recognize the great service I received from Jeff D., whose professionalism made the process seamless. In my experience Automaster is unique because I experienced no pressure and once a made the decision to buy the car, everything was done to accommodate delivery.

The staff at Automaster BMW are excellent. I did not feel pressured at all to buy the car, Jeff D. was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Gerry P., the finance director was great as well.
