Shelby was the most polite, knowledgeable and helpful customer service rep that I have ever dealt with. I am an old man who has bought many new cars in my lifetime and this young woman was the best I have ever dealt with. I hope she is recognized by management for her work etthics

Easy check in, welcoming and knowledgeable staff who do all they can to help the customer (especially with extended warranty claims), and comfortable customer waiting room. It was just a simple oil change for my 2021 JGC but I've been treated with similar respect everytime I came in for service with my 2012 JGC.
