2021 f-150 ford truck

I like the ride of this truck. I like the way it drives but I have had electrical issues in the past with things suddenly not working.1st. while I was away for 4 days I came home to find the battery totally dead. another time the digital dashboard display went blank until the battery had drained. and now the drivers window will not automatically go up and the automatic parking brake does not work and the radio buttons don't work. I love the truck but you can understand that I want it to work as it is supposed to

Kudos to Service Manager Tim Farrar and his entire parts and service team at Hayes Ford Lincoln for literally moving heaven and earth to get my punctured tire issue resolved in less than 24 hours including sending a special runner to Williston for new tires for me. I'm extremely grateful for their ongoing outstanding care. I'm a very happy Lincoln owner!

I had wonderful service from Randy at Hayes Ford. He was kind and understanding and did not try to push me into a vehicle I could not afford but also worked to make sure the Used car I was buying would be safe for my daughter to drive to college! This is my 3rd vehicle from them and I will return. Dennis Bless him sold me the first two. It is nice to know that all the staff offers the same kindness and calm non salesmen like nature.
