Worst service department I have ever dealt with

We purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. At the time of purchase we were sold "service contracts" and extended warranties. Any time we have tried to get them to honor what was promised we have been given the run around. I have never been so frustrated, disappointed or felt more taken advantage of as I have at this dealership. Save yourself the frustration and purchase from anyone but Ken Garff West Valley..
