Bad Customer Service

Overall very poor experience with Ken Garff Hyundai in Slat Lake City, Utah. I purchased a Genesis from out of state with less than 10,000 miles and paid over $30,000, so I had certain expectations. When it arrived it only had one key, it was completely filthy(I looked at photos from when the delivery driver picked the vehicle up), the gas tank was empty, it had no floor mats, the sales person Anthony wouldnt call back after the purchase and when getting my registration they under paid $176(but agreed to pay all transfer/title fees). Individually they are pretty minor issues but then no response from the dealership when trying to address them is where it gets frustrating. All I know is they contacted me many more times before I purchased the vehicle than when I was calling to address my issues. After getting forwarded to the customer service representative she assured me she would call back the next day to deal with things, but still hasnt followed up. There are MANY dealerships out there so I highly recommend you dont purchase from Ken Garff Hyundai in Salt Lake City and take your business elsewhere.

I am a busy professional + full time single mom. I have little time for extra tasks such as buying a car. Josh at Ken Garff was excellent along with Kyle his sales manager. It was one of the quickest, efficient car buying experiences I've ever had. Plus, they were very respectful of my knowledge of the car and that I had done my research. They even delivered my car to my house which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience buying my new hyundai. No pressure, no haggling, told them what I wanted and did not want and walked out with exactly what I wanted. Frank was fun to work with, very knowledgeable, and helped me set up all the systems in my new car.

I wouldn't say that I am an easy consumer to deal with, but my car buying experience here was a breeze! My sales guy, Frank, was awesome and helped me with just the perfect amount of intervention, not pushy at all. I can easily say that in all of my 35 years of car buying, this was by far the best experience.

Easiest purchase ever made

After driving several vehicles and finally deciding on one over 3 days, the purchase time took about 30 minutes. I feel good about the price and was never pressured to buy. I searched other dealers as well as used Santa Fe's and could not get as good of a deal any place.

Honest price, I like the idea of a non-negotiating car dealer. Everybody pays the same for the same exact car, not leaving the dealer feeling unfair because of bad negotiating skill

Let me take a new car home for a month then ton it back after not being able to finance me leaving me carless and charging me 0.55 a mile taking my whole $1100 down payment the day before Christmas. There are plenty of other dealerships who will not do this to you.

All workers in the dealer shop was kind. They answered every our questions well. They also recommended some cars which meet our need. It was really helpful to decide which car we want to buy. We are satisfied with their service, price and quality of vehicle we bought. I will recommend this dealer shop to my friends.

My salesperson was Keith and he was amazing. He called me right away when I sent a web inquiry and listened to what I wanted. Within a few minutes he sent me a list of cars that were well within my budget and didn't push for the more expensive ones, like most dealers do. He even reminded me of my budget when I got temporarily distracted by a new car and considered increasing it. When I told him I was looking for a specific car, he went on a search and found me exactly what I wanted at another dealer and had it brought up to Salt Lake. He even delivered it to me later that night when I ran out of time at the dealership. I dreaded buying a car, but happy to say I ha a very pleasant experience! I would definitely buy from Keith and this dealership again!

Greg is the associate I spoke with and he was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Not a pushy sales person whatsoever. I had a great experience and completely different than my prior experiences with a dealership. I'd recommend anyone to go there as everyone there seemed to be nice and not the pushy sales type of person. Their sales manager was helpful and nice as well. If you are looking for a no hassle experience, definitely go there.

I am currently enjoying my new Hyundai Santa Fe. It is everything I had hoped to find in a new vehicle. The buying experience was fun, educational and worry free. This was both the most successful and least stressful car purchase I have ever experienced. Many thanks to Chun for helping me select the perfect vehicle for my needs and for helping me to get the best price on my purchase. My gratitude to Jordan for taking the time to explain the benefits of leasing a vehicle and making sure I received all the available discounts. It was one math lesson that I will consider time well spent. And since the purchase, Chun has repeatedly followed up, to ensure my satisfaction and to help me set up the navigation system. Kudos to this sales team for making car buying a quick and pleasurable experience, and for its excellent follow through and customer care. I highly recommend these guys.
