Buyer Beware

by Edgar M on 11/22/2022

The sales guy went on and on about the top notch inspections they perform on used cars before selling. 3 days later my car kept stalling after starting. I live 45 minutes away, so asked service to please come tow my car but never would get a call back. Finally took it to my own mechanic and a simple diagnostic test found a bad fuel pump. I don't see how you can perform an inspection and not find this. Cost me $1300 to fix. Also, was told my car would be cleaned with DrivePur but was not told DrivePur is a $900 service!!! Didn't notice until signing. Was sold a $2500 "Service contract" for 3 months of coverage!! And doesn't even cover the fuel pump. Overall just made me feel cheated and ignored.

Scammed

by Ady on 09/20/2022

I had been emailing with a person. When we came he was not there. I told him my budget was $25,000. With the payment of round 300.00 a month. The sales kid saids I got it for you at 23,000 great right?! Wrong, the sales manager Rich said another couple wanted the car and were willing to pay the 25,000. We went ahead with the 25,000. Yet once in finance office, mind you we gave them 5,000 down. The final after fees n all the was around 32,000. Crazy all in all they financed us 25,997. And our 5,000??? Fees and licensing and yada yada. Drive off give me a Zip drive with all the info this was a Saturday late afternoon. Get home and open the glove box and it falls on the floor!!!!! I start researching information and I find the exact vin n car listed on a site with the price of 23,500. I ask them to give me the papers instead of the Zip drive he comes and saids sorry it hasn’t been uploaded yet. They could take it back and give me my 5,000 yet they will not. Wow [non-permissible content removed] tried to return car on Monday and they won’t take it back their high priced broken very unprofessional was left talking to myself. They called the police because they said I was loitering. I was simply informing the customers to watch out for them. Police said I can’t come back.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. [non-permissible content removed]!

by Matt Y on 04/13/2022

Do NOT do business here! I spoke with Lucas on a BMW M3 that was listed on CarGurus. He said that price is if I had a trade in but he would still honor it. I was ready to put in my deposit and get a 3rd party PPI which he said I am able to get because I live in PA. But when he sent over the invoice, the price of the car was 2k more and he did not even mention about the price increase until I asked about it. VERY SHADY! When I asked him about the original sale price that he said he would honor it, he acted like he didn't say that and that there's no text or email proving that. He then proceeded to say the manager is willing to split the additional 2k cost but that's not the point when Lucas agreed to honor the original offer. Then proceeds to say he'll honor the original offer if I don't get a PPI. Upon some thinking, although a very risky decision, I called him back to agree to that offer but got immediately turned around and said he'd pretty much prefer selling it to someone where they can come back for servicing because obviously that's how they would be making their money. I'm thinking why would anyone bring their BMW M3 to a Nissan service? They saw I was interested and tried to make a few more bucks from me. At this point, I was frustrated and not interested in the car any more. I sent Lucas a screenshot of the text where he mentioned the original sale price and he then says to me "I have a different manager tomorrow that should do that deal". For anyone thinking about buying a car from [non-permissible content removed], be wary and do your homework.

Undisclosed Information to make a sale.

by Corey on 12/21/2021

Dealership did not disclose the used vehicle was originally purchased out of the country until I flew 800 miles and drove back. They sent me the disclosure document which was PRE DATED ( I have a text from the finance guy 4 days later asking me to sign it) after I was home. I signed all the other paperwork at the dealership and prior to my trip. Making it a "grey market vehicle" meaning it has no factory warranty which is normally transferable, all recalls need to be dealt with in Canada and some of the smart app features do not work. I requested from the sales person and the finance person I dealt with to speak with a manager and 6 days later, no response from the manager.

Worst experience buying a car ever!

by JC Mac on 11/12/2021

Just found this site, and as I promised myself, I would be sure to tell the story of my bad experience at Tim Dahle Nissan Murray. Every chance I get I let people know not to buy or lease from this place. I turned in my 2016 Rogue to upgrade to a 2019 Rogue SV. Found the color I wanted (a rare color). It seemed to be an easy process but it quickly went south. First the small stuff : when they couldn't get my licence plates off my old car, my salesperson assured me he would personally remove them as they were an older style, collectors edition plates and I was going to use them for my new car. He failed to save them and he just shrugged when I asked him about it. They were plates my late father got me for my car years ago. I took him at his word and he failed me. Second: 10 days into my lease I started to hear a "clunking sound" in my back wheels anytime I would turn. At the same time my AEB system would randomly engage and would slam on the brakes for no reason. I took the car into the dealership 13 days after purchase. After 5 days without my new car, they told me the couplers were broken on the back wheels (I think that's what they are called). So they fixed it under the warranty. But I was concerned that my brand new car, that should've been inspected before being sold, was sold to me with bad parts. As for the AEB they said the computer didn't show anything so, as the guy in the service department said, it's either the way you are driving it or its all in your mind". After a few more of those digs at my driving and talking down to me, I asked for a manager. I received the same attitude from him as well. I never received the obligatory review email for the service department as my email had been typed in wrong (saw it on the invoice they gave me). I asked to speak to the customer liaison guy, and asked since I was only two weeks from my initial purchase if they would take the car back, i was willing to forgo my down payment. They refused. When I pointed out article after article of issues with the AEB in 2016 - 2019 they shrugged and said they had never heard about those issues. Nissan corporate was no help. They "investigated" my complaint, and surprise, was in agreement with the dealership. They wouldn't let me return the car, but they gave me a one month credit on my account. Since 2019, I've had to turn off all the special assistance buttons (AEB, cameras, cruise control, blind spot, etc) because I was/am fearful that if I leave all those on the random braking would continue. So I've had a leased car for 2.5 yrs and am counting down the days to drop this hunk of junk back to the dealership and then NEVER purchase from them or Nissan again. Oh, and I was yelled at by the customer service liaison guy because I gave them all low scores on their survey they sent about a week after purchase. That is when I was having issues and was having a hard time getting their service department to help me. My car was broken, it was randomly stopping for no reason, and he expected me to rave about the dealership? no way. And ever since then, i go out of my way to tell my story of the horrible, awful, craptacular dealership known as Tim Dahle Nissan of Murray.

Avoid at all cost

by Unhappy Customer on 10/10/2021

Would not recommend this dealership and in fact has probably been the worst of any I have dealt with. First off they do the classic bait and switch. They have the vehicle listed for one price but if you are going to pay for it or have your own financing then that’s not the price you get. The price listed online or anywhere out there is only if you finance through them. In fact they jack the price up 2 to 3 grand for not financing through them. This is because they get a kickback from the finance company they shuffle you through. But to start from the beginning I called and asked Will for an out the door price. I am out of town and don’t have Time to drive down there and sit in a sales office for 2 to 3 hours. I told Will get me an out the door price and if the numbers work I will come down and pick it up I want this transaction to be as easy as possible. I don’t particularly care for the sales experience and want to make the transaction super easy. He said not a problem he would get me a price and send it over to me. Five minutes later a sales manager calls me leaves me a message and wants me to call him back. I was working at the time and was unable to answer the phone. I then called Will back after I got off work and he said he was no longer at the office and would send me prices over at 10 am. The next day at 2 pm I text Will to see if he had prices yet. He then responded and said the vehicle had been sold. I then text him back and thanked him for his help. Here is where my problem is, I was lied to about the vehicle being Sold. Three days later it is still online on there website. So I figured well maybe they just haven’t taken it down. So I had family go drive by the dealership and the vehicle is still sitting on their lot. So maybe they just didn’t want to sell a car or since I wanted to pay for it they didn’t want to deal with me because I wasn’t going to use their financing. Or maybe it’s I just didn’t want to play their dumb sales games. My suggestion is not to shop at this dealership.

poor customer experience / shady business practice

by Chad on 03/29/2021

I went in to purchase a Rogue with my daughter on 3/27/21. I was prequalified with Capital One Auto Finance and offered up my pre-qualification letter & Auto Navigator Finance Pass # in hopes it would be a haggle and hassle free experience. The dealership has a big sign out front welcoming Capital One customers so I assumed I was at the right place. The Capital One Auto Navigator App shows interest rate, terms, $ down, trade in value and estimates tax, title and license as well. You can modify those fields and come up with good idea of what the monthly payment will be. I was told by the dealership the value I was being offered for the trade in so I plugged in that number and knew approximately what my payment would be. After we test drove the vehicle, we sat down at the salesperson's desk, filled out a credit app (that's supposed to be submitted to Capital One) and he asked what payment amount we were looking for. I told him we wanted a payment that closely resembled what the app was telling me and the lower the better. He said "ok" and walked towards the finance office. When he came back he showed me all the different options I had with terms, down payment etc. and the monthly payment wasn't even close to what the app was showing me with the exact same values entered in. I asked why I wasn't getting the price and interest rate the app shows and he told me I would have to pay over $2,000 more for the car if I wanted the low interest rate the app was showing me or I could pay the advertised price (that even the Capital One app shows) and pay two points higher in interest. I told him I would only do a deal if I got the advertised price and interest the app was showing me. When he told me it wasn't possible I asked for my keys so I could leave. At that moment the sales manager came over and told me I was "being a hard ass" and he wanted to explain why I'd need to pay more for the car or a higher interest rate. He explained they get incentives for using their preferred finance companies and I could refinance later and it would only cost me a few hundred bucks more. He bragged about being the number one used car dealership by volume and said how proud he is for being able to advertise prices so low. What good are low advertised prices if the customer has to pay two points higher than the norm in interest to get that price? Seems pretty shady to me. I told him I wasn't interested in playing their game and taking the time to refinance later. I said I would only do the deal from Capital One. He told me that wasn't possible so we left. I called Capital One to report the dealership's false advertising and for them trying to push me to use a different finance company, pay more for the car or a much higher interest rate. The app is the only reason I ended up at the dealership to begin with! It appears they use Capital One's app/technology to lure customers in and then do they old bait and switch! Capital One said the process is supposed to be easy, haggle/hassle free, go through Capital One Auto Finance and confirmed with me that the dealership never even submitted my application to them. The dealership did pull my credit though as I've received alerts from Credit Wise and Credit Karma. Avoid this dealership. Not only do they false-advertise, they also gaslight you and call you names if you don't want to agree to take their deal. What a horrible experience which is why I signed up for the haggle/hassle free deal to begin with!

WORST DEALERSHIP!

by Brooklyn S on 01/16/2021

I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service. So bad that it left me in tears. My husband and I went in wanting to trade our car for a Nissan Rogue to lower our monthly auto payment. Chris Giligan was our salesman and lied to us. We purchased a 2019 Rogue, which we were told was in great condition. The CarFax was clean and there was no visible damage. Before purchasing, I noticed some moisture in the left headlight cover, and mentioned it to him, and he said that it was normal and there was nothing he could do. He was super pushy and annoying trying to get the deal done and that point we were just tired and trusting so my husband and at that point I just signed the papers and got it over with. The next morning after I brought the car home I noticed more moisture in the cover. It made me question whether or not there was damage within the bumper or headlight so we started looking around. Come to find out the car had been hit or hit something and the bumper was GLUED back on with BONDO glue! It wasn’t even aligned. There was also a large crack in the headlight cover (causing the moisture to get in) and the cover over the driver side tire wasn’t even attached. It was a huge mess. Whoever “fixed” this car didn’t do it properly (obviously) and didn’t report it. When brought up the following day to the salesman he acted dumb about it like he had no clue. I asked him, “don’t these cars go through a long inspection process before they are sold?” He said yes. I then asked why it wasn’t noted in the description of the car. His answer was “they must have missed it.” He then pretty much said my options were to have them drill a hole in the cover (which I would have to pay for) so the water could leak out. Wtf? I almost died when he told me that. Who does that? My other option was to find something the exact same cost to exchange it. However there wasn’t anything else in our price range that wasn’t beat up, scratched to death, or HAD A JACKED UP BUMPER LIKE OURS DID!!! While showing us the cars they had he was still trying to get us to choose something more expensive too so he could make a better sale. I cant with this guy. We lost our $1000 down payment and had a huge blow out with him and his awful boss, Rich Arvay, who also didn’t give [non-permissible content removed] about our situation. He pretty much told me there was nothing they could do (besides drill a hole in the cover haha) and that this was my problem now because I signed the papers. He was rude, unfriendly, inconsiderate, and selfish. He kept telling me I practically got the car for free because it was “such a good deal.” Um. No, buddy. $24,000 isn’t getting anything for free. Such great customer services, huh? So now we get to repair it all ourselves out of our own pocket. They said they could repair it (priced wayyyy too high) and refinance our loan and up or payment.😂 What a joke. THIS WASNT MY FAULT TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! I will never step a foot into that dealership again. You couldn’t pay me. Chris and Rich were two of the biggest [non-permissible content removed] I have ever dealt with in customer service. I honestly don’t know how they still have jobs. They are shady, dishonest, and rude. I can now see why this shady dealership has such awful reviews all around. I should have trusted my instinct and gone somewhere else. I will continue telling everyone I know about my horrific experience with Tim Dahle Murray in hopes they don’t have to go through the same [non-permissible content removed] situation that I did.

Reconsider buying from them online

by EanB on 04/20/2020

Alright during the age of coronavirus, my wife is sick at home I still wanted to buy a new truck, found out that Tim Dahle had 2 '20 nissan titan Pro4x and 2 Nissan titan platinum reserve. I was interested in either and was ready to pay cash, but I could not leave for fear of infecting others or getting my wife sicker. Reached out on Wednesday via the website and started working with Hayden, he said he would get with me Thursday. Thursday about noon no one had called me. I called the dealership and got connected with Sergio (if you get him as your sales guy ask for anyone else). Sergio said he would go to bat for me and get pricing on the pro4x and platinum reserve, After seeing pricing (about $200 cheaper than Stephen Wade in Saint George) I decided to do a virtual walk through of both of them on Friday. Friday by noon once again no one had contacted me. I texted Sergio and he told me not to call into the office anymore because then he would have to split the commission with others? He asked "Wait you are not coming up?" I reminded him that my wife was sick and so we wanted to do it virtually. He said "thats right I remember now!" then told me that unfortunately he did not have the pro 4x but I could see the Platinum reserve if I wanted. He then facetime audio called me 4 times, I called him back using facetime video and got to look at his neck and ear for a while before he figured out it was a video. Sergio handed the phone off to his colleagues who explained how the seats worked, They both commented on how it was brand new and was barely drove. As it was a 2020 I expected that it shouldnt have many miles . 2pm on Friday I officially said lets buy it and confirmed I would pay for the truck. Nothing happened, at 8pm on friday he told me I would have to drive up from Saint George and sign the paperwork. I reminded him once again that my wife was sick and as such I should not leave the house or take her up that far, I had arranged for a friend to drive the truck down to me after the deal was complete. Sergio said "Oh you are right I forgot, I will figure out how to get this done over email and phone". I have no idea what Sergio did from 2pm till 8pm, but apparently nothing related to this sale. At 9 he texted and said his finance manager would call me first thing Saturday morning to do the sale over the phone. Noon on saturday and no one had called me then finally the first competent person at Tim Dahle came into the picture, John Creager. John and I did the documents and got it all finished up. I called Sergio and asked him to be sure to put a printed copy of all the paperwork, the window sticker, second set of keys and titan brochure in the truck. I reviewed and signed them at home and realized the odometer disclosure had 940 miles on it. What kind of 2020 brand new $60,000 truck has bit less than 1k miles on it? My insurance(AM family) will not issue a new car year replacement policy on any vehicle bought with over 500miles. So I complained to Sergio and he said twas a typo and there were only 94 miles on it. I said ok well lets get a new odometer disclosure. The he called me back and said "Ean, you are in luck Tim Dahle himself was driving this truck and that is why there are so many miles on it, we were using it as a demo truck, isn't that cool?" NO not cool, I asked for $1000 or for them to find me the same truck with less miles. They said they would not help me in anyway and I already signed the docs so deal with it or return the truck. My friend got the truck to me in St. G and it is awesome! But inside there were not documents, no second set of keys and no window sticker, I also found out the sirius XM was activated in July last year so It expires July of this year. Hopefully Tim Dahle enjoyed the sirius XM. Its been two weeks now since I bought the truck and still no second set of keys, and Sergio won't answer my calls or texts. I would not purchase a new vehicle from these guys virtually go in look it over closely and understand you will not be getting great service. 2 stars

Just DON'T

by TheMesha on 11/20/2019

I wish I could leave zero stars! After I bought a car They added unsigned paperwork for an extended warranty that was never discussed with me. I called them 6 times and reported to the BBB. They just kept saying “they would call me back” They sold me a lemon with a bad transmission. I came into them to have my car fixed. It tool over 30 minutes of arguing with them. I have a warranty that I have paid for, and they were denying it and saying I never had a warranty. Finally I pulled up my unsigned paid for contract in my e mail. They acted shocked, and claimed I never once contacted them about it. Now they have my car and refuse to run diagnostics on it. I call they send me to Voice mail .They claim the damage on my car won’t be covered by warranty. I called the warranty company who assured me I am covered, and literally all they have to do is call them with a diagnostic, and they will put in a claim. They refuse to! They have my car. I have to Uber to work. My kids have to walk to and from school. Now I have two claims with the BBB, and still no result. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!

Disappointed

by Robert on 10/26/2019

Well I talked to 2 salesmen about a truck drive 200 miles then got a call that the truck had a broken windshield and wouldn’t start. So I turned around back home, then talked to one of the salesmen next day and he said truck was fine then when I thought maybe go drive the 330 miles to get the truck , I get a message that they sold it. Now I’m out a days time, fuel and a truck I’ve been trying to find for some time now. Really unprofessional and won’t recommend or get my business ever. Thanks guys.

Very poor experience

by Lydia_eld on 06/04/2019

Me and My Fiance spent a day looking at a car with this dealership and we were met with nothing but tricks the entire time. We feel that the dealership was attempting to take advantage of our lack of car buying experience and we're just happy we were smart enough not to let it happen. They raised the price $2000 from the online listing price when we wouldn't use their financing and got angry with us when we wouldn't take a higher price than the price we saw online which was the reason we came in. They brought out a manager to try and explain to us how it was such an "amazing deal" that we would "regret passing up" and he had a shorter fuse than our salesman. Our salesman was late in the morning and throughout the day, he avoided eye contact with me the entire day, he almost never addressed me he only talked to my fiance and didn't even bother to learn my name until after we had been there for several hrs. He criticized us for doing our research about the car buying process and the games that dealerships play and for "playing the game" ourselves. He criticized our relationship saying "communication is key even within your relationship". After we walked away they called us the next day and told us they would sell it to us for the online listing price (the very top price we decided we would take it for, we were hoping to get a few hundred dollars less at least) and when we agreed they added an additional $1500 in tax title license and fees (we knew that tax would be about $500 and title and license would be around $100 and we expect some kind of service fee but no more than $100, $700 and $1500 are not even the same ballpark) when we turned them down again after that they continued to try and convince us that we were making the wrong choice until we finally had to tell them to leave us alone. Over all we feel that the only things we gained from this experience was experience and a dislike for large dealerships. We felt like we were getting swindled the entire time.

They care more about policies than people

by DanBillings on 04/03/2019

I bought a used car that had a broken windshield and we discussed that it would be fixed as part of the exchange. The sales person told me to come in tonight and they would give me a loaner car and fix my car during the day tomorrow. I traveled the 40 miles or so from my home with all of my kids to take it in and get it in so they can fix it tomorrow. Right when I got there, the sales person called me and told me that they have a policy that restricts them from loaning a car overnight to me and his management wouldn't budge on the policy. I'm in a Leaf and I dont have enough power to get home because I was expecting to take a different car home. I go into the office and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. If I would've been there 30 minutes earlier then they could've done something but no one told me that was the case before I left my home. They tried to charge my car enough so I could get home but their charger was broken. They told me to take a hike and find another charger somewhere else and they would try to solve the problem tomorrow. I had nowhere to go and I was stuck in this parking lot for about an hour with 4 kids screaming and crying at me wanting to go home, because management was worried they would lose their jobs if they were to do the right thing to help a customer. They've lost my business for the future because they forced me to cry in a parking lot late at night because they dont care about their customers. The salesperson tried to tell me that he would offer a tank of gas as compensation, but my car is electric so I dont even know why he offered. Stay away!

Terrible customer service

by kadeburnham on 10/01/2018

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue here a little over two months ago. The initial experience was very bad. After finalizing the sale, it took them several hours to get the car through cleaning and detailing, when they told us it would only take 30 minutes. Then every 30 minutes to an hour they would come back saying it would only be another 30 minutes. That lasted for HOURS. Then that night after driving the car, we noticed a light was out. This was only hours after leaving the dealership. When we contacted the dealership to have them replace the light, they kept telling us they would talk to the manager and get back to us. They did this for days. We have to fight and fight to get them to replace one lightbulb that was broken before we ever got the car off the lot. But those things aren't why we are leaving this review. We let those things slide. Now for the straw that broke the camels back. Over the past two months, the low tire pressure light would keep coming on. We took it in to Big O, who told us the wheel had an erosion problem that caused the tired to not seal properly. They told us they just needed to clean the wheel, fill up the tire, and it would be good to go (at least for a while until the pressure got low again). They said erosion is just something that happens sometimes. Within weeks, the light came on again, and Big O found erosion on another low tire. The light continued to come on frequently until we finally told Big O to take off all wheels and tires and find the issue. Turns out, not only did every tire have this erosion, but the problem was so severe that one of the tires was literally falling apart and chipping away where it should seal. The tire could have fallen off, blown, etc at any minute. We could have been driving at high speeds down the highway with our baby in the car and any of the tires could have blown off at any minute. Of course, we had to replace the tires and wheels. When we told Nissan we wanted them to cover the expense, they did the usual and kept telling us they were waiting for the sales rep that sold the car to be in office, or they would let the manager know and he would contact us. This never happened for days! We had to go in to the dealership in person to talk to the sales manager. They told us the warranty doesn't cover wheels and tires. When we told them this car was not in any condition to be sold (it was a huge safety hazard), they told us that they got an inspection and the car passed inspection, so they wouldn't cover based on any safety reasons. I want to know what kind of shady, biased person they got to do this inspection. And even if they did pass a basic safety inspection, those wheels and tires were in terrible condition, and I believe my family was at risk driving this car around. We had to pay almost $2000 to replace the wheels and tires on a car we just paid for. $2000 to Nissan is nothing. $2000 to us is huge. Since this dealership so clearly does not value the customers that buy things from them once they are out the door, we will never be buying another product at this location. I recommend anyone reading this do the same. Just look at all of the similar reviews. These people could care less about their customers once the sale is done.

Problem solved even though I asked 9 months later

by Godisgood on 06/15/2018

We had 2 tires that was suppose to be in sales deal. However since my son didn't check the I owe list they gave us when he picked up the car. He didn't pay attention to the tires. When he went in to go get tires rotated and balanced we then noticed we never got the 2 new tires as we actually had to purchase 4 tires. After we purchased the 4 tires we realized we never got the 2 tires as promised or we would have really only needed to purchase 2 more. We contacted used car Manager Carl Nygard. Who we explained the situation to. He then agreed to make it right for us even though it was a delay of 9 months of not noticing. We truly have learned our lesson on checking up on details promised. However this dealership did go out on a limb for us and made it right. Thank you very much.

Avoid This Dealer

by swillm12 on 01/26/2017

Do not trust them. They sold a car out from under me after we had agreed to buy it. The salesman said he would "pigeon hole" (his words) and hide the car out in the back parking lot until I could get back and finish the paperwork later. He said he would do that and we shook hands. He calls me back later and leaves a message that they sold the car to another client who had cash. I already had financing arranged too. No integrity. No wonder car salesman have such a bad reputation. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience

by Idratherfly on 05/16/2016

Prior to visiting Tim dahle Nissan I was unable to negotiate or find a friendly smile. When I arrived at Tim dahle dealership it was late and a full day of looking and disappointment. It has been 11 years since my last purchase. Tyler Flandro greeted us after we walked the lot. There was no pressure and he was truly understanding of my needs. He listened and at is rare ... At least today. The management and Tyler worked together to get me the car I was interested in. They had the car detailed and ready to go ... Great customer service. Mary was so kind to help us at the late hour to get the paper work in order. Service was very cooperative in getting all the minor details competed. What a great experience to purchase your next car. I highly recommend Tim Dahle Nissan. Craig

Dana Bedingfield is the best!

by benders2 on 07/11/2015

When we walked into the dealership, we were met by Dana's big smile. He showed a genuine interest in getting to know us first before bringing up the topic of cars. His goal was to learn about our lifestyle and ours needs before making any recommendations. We did not buy a car that day, but did buy a vehicle a few days later. He helped us customize a car to fit our needs that we were able to drive off the lot. He facilitated a very pleasant car-buying experience. Now having the car for over a month, we are so pleased with our choice. If you are in need of a vehicle, please go see Dana. You can buy the same make and model from anywhere, but his customer service can only be found at Tim Dahle Nissan in Murry.

Very Positive Experience

by grloverid on 07/10/2015

We just purchased a new Pathfinder and our salesman Dana Bedingfield was very professional and very friendly. He took an interest in our family and did an excellent job catering to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as we worked through all of our concerns and helped us to get what we feel is a great and fair deal. I would love it if all car buying experiences were like this one.

Great salesman

by Malori19 on 07/10/2015

The salesman (Mr. Bedingfield) who helped us was very knowledgable about the cars we were looking at which made us get more excited about buying a car from him. He was very personable and also the finance person went out of her way to make sure we get the best interest rate. I would recommend anyone to buy from these guys!
