The greatest service I've ever received

I'm not sure how to put into words how thankful I am for Larry H. Miller. The team was able to pull a car off of their Toyota lot to sell to me, which I much rather preferred. Stephanie and the team took very good care of me, gave me a very fair price, and even helped me lower my interest rate on my loan! I cannot express enough how comfortable and excited I felt to be buying my first car from Larry H. Miller. I will most certainly be going back the next time I need a car, without a doubt.

If you're looking to buy s car talk to Chari Wilson. She is very understanding and would provide all your needs. Michael Pearson the sales manager would really take the extra mile to work with you to make sure you are comfortable. Lee Zbylski from finance is very detail oriented about the overall process of purchasing a car.

I'm not sure what the hell is going on with LHM Lexus

I'll start by saying that Murray is better than the Lindon location, which I won't even get started one. Went to LHM Murray for a repair to my heating and found out that the warranty I was promised covered all interior and exterior damange, a warranty am paying a lot for, and for which I asked lots of questions, doesn't in fact cover what I thought. The man helping me, Bronson, promised to review my papers (because apparently this is an ongoing issue for LHM), which I emailed to him. I've followed up on this email three times and have yet to receive a response. I won't personally ever buy another car from LHM, or recommend them to anyone. Get it together.

I swore I would never buy a car a from Larry H Miller dealership again! Well I just leased my second one and we love it!!! The service and sales department go above and beyond!!! My husband picked up our car today and said Chari in sales genuinely helped him to get our car and said she was thoughtful and ran it through the wash and polished it up. She was not pushy rather a breathe of fresh air! I have worked with Josh in service and he is great!!!

Buying a car from a Lexus dealer (seven times) has always been a good experience for us. But the Larry Miller Lexus Team takes it up a level. Each stop along the sales/finance gauntlet was handled professionally and effortlessly by these folks.
