Great experience! From Dean Betz greeting me at my car, until leaving with a hard to find vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on Ford vehicles as well as others! And even when I was talking with Finance, Dean played with my kids so they didn’t feel left out or disruptive. I will definitely recommend Dean to anyone in the market for a vehicle! Dean Betz is the Best!

Extended Service Plan Scam

Bought a brand new 2014 Ford F-150 with an extended Maintenence plan as I always do with my new Fords. Even though it's clearly outlined in my documentation where I paid for it, neither Ford or Performance Ford will recognize it. Don't buy from them!!! Ford says the dealership pocketed the money and I need to take it up with them. They stopped replying to me and my attorneys.

Pro: Quick and courteous service and closing as quick. Better than most dealerships. Con: Uncomfortable negotiated very low trade in value of my truck compared to 107% resale markup of same truck. A fair trade in value would rate a better grade.

Dusten was fantastic. He always kept in contact with me and followed through on what he said or questions I had. We drove 9 hours to pick up our dream truck and it was worth the drive. The price was better than our local dealer or any dealer with in the state of Colorado. Smooth painless process.

I was very pleased with our salesman Andy ward , he was awesome at helping us get the truck we wanted. We bought s truck from performance because of him. One small let down was finding a razor blade stuck in between the section of the drivers seat and receiving a small cut from it. Other then that we were very pleased.

Everything went good after the negotiation. Only negative I can give was they wouldn't give me any pricing or negotiate until I signed for a credit check and had to tell them I would buy the car that day. Typical car sales tactics for the big dealerships in particular. Can't ever blame staff for performance they train them very well to do what they do and that is to get you to take a vehicle that day. If they have the exact car in stock I want I would go back. Everyone was respectful to me. Finance & Paperwork was the most efficient I've had yet from a car buying experience.

I I originally had a newer salesman that was excellent good rapport and personality. Due to a complication he ended up being unavailable when I followed up the next day regarding the same vehicle I was looking at the day before. Since he was no longer available, there was a last-minute shuffle and some confusion initially about who was to take his place, however, One someone was assigned to me the experience was excellent. The salesman offered routes I hadn't even considered for a newer truck I hadn't even seen and after that process. We finished up with some sailing for the doc process.

Jen (my salesperson ) was very helpful and showed me the exact car I was looking for and made the whole process enjoyable. Since I was purchasing the car for my daughter I was thrilled to have a female salesperson and finance person helping me. They understood they needed to explain things to my daughter not me. That's hard to find in a male dominated industry like the car business.

I Purchased a Focus. Everyone was very helpful, except Raefer. Raefer quoted a price thousands of dollars higher than what was posted on the dealership website, he swore multiple times that prices were clearly posted on every vehicle (as if we hadn't just come from the lot and knew for a fact that there are no prices on them), he changed his story and the qualifications for what qualified a free TV with whatever fit his goal at the time, etc. Billy Jack and Dustin were particularly great and I would work with either of them again in a heartbeat. However, Raefer is not someone that I would work with again and I will tell others that they do not want to work with him. Maybe someday he'll learn that he'd get a lot further with honesty and ethical business dealings.

F-250 truck purchase

I purchased an F-250 truck from Performance. My rating would have been even higher, but there was some confusion regarding numbers and the truck that I really wanted was sold while I was negotiating over the phone during the course of a day. Once I arrived at the dealership and began working with Sabria Nolan, all went very smoothly as with a previous purchase a few years ago.

I bought a Ford Focus SE Service was good Staff was helpful. I would have given an excellent but I had not been given any communication about the gap insurance that got slapped on my loan witch caused the loan amout to be higher than I was told.I would have preferred to have been given a choice and options first.

My car buying experience at Performance Ford in Bountiful was great. When looking at the vehicle, I was not swarmed by eager salesmen. A gentleman by the name of Jera Gunnerson came out after i browsed for a few minutes and asked if i had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The financing gentleman was also very helpful. This was the least pressuring car buying experience that I've ever experienced. I will definitely be recommending and returning in the future.

Honesty and integrity were mentioned by another reviewer in reference to Performance Ford Lincoln of Bountiful, UT two of the main attributes I look for when making a large purchase. Andrew exemplified these traits, plus many others: professionalism, product knowledge, good follow up and compassion, to name a few. He made this one of the most seamless car buying experiences ever. In fact, he made it worth a flight from Louisiana to take delivery of my truck, plus a 22+ hour drive back. Andrews Christian attitude was very much appreciated during a difficult time. Honesty and integrity also describe his Sales Manager, Chris Q, who was also very much appreciated in this transaction. I VERY MUCH recommend this dealership, no matter where you are located 
