We drove down from Salt Lake to look for a ford focus. The salesguy was fine and did a very good job, but the sales manager was not very deal friendly (i.e see title of reveiw). Bottomline: they were lowballing my trade, and i could hear the manager say during our "negotiation": they want THAT for a FOCUS, FOR A FOCUS? It was like i was trying to purchase a Porsche or something (which i was not). Not a good experience and a total waste of time. Just my 0.02.
