Hi all. I just ordered a 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl 5A) Blue Streak Metallic with the following SR Sunroof PO Power Package Z1 Preferred Accessory Package CK All Weather Guard Package MSRP 22599 I paid 19759 $2800 off sticker. $300 under invoice. Took about 15 minutes to get this price Here's how I did it. I built the car I wanted, then emailed all dealers in the area last night asking for their best price. I then took that best price and emailed the dealer I actually wanted to buy it from. He beat the lowest offer I received and I drove over, wrote a check that won't be cashed till it arrives for $500. That was it Dealer was Toyota of Waldorf in Waldorf, MD Internet sales dept. Very painless.

I did the same thing. I checked pricing at the following dealers, with the same options: Darcars AutoGroup Antwerpen Toyota Toyota of Bowie Bill Kidd's Toyota Waldorf Toyota Carmax Toyota in Laurel Jerry's Toyota. But my one big thing was color, it had to be Majestic Grey and it had to be a 2008 inorder to receive the $1k rebate. Initally Darcars gave me the best deal but by the time I was ready to buy (Sat), they had sold the last two Majestic Grey's available from there three md/dc/va dealer, then I remembed that Antwerpen had one, and they too had sold there's the evening of Sat. I had one dealership left that had the ONLY 2008 Majestic Grey available and that was Jerry's Toyota. I called them at 8pm and spoke to the salesperson and confirmed it had the options I wanted and threw an offer to them with free floor mats. I was on hold for about 10 mins and then the salesperson said he could the deal and for me to come in right away. I got to the dealership at 8:50pm and the place closed at 9pm. I had the deal wrapped up by 10:50pm and was walking out the door happy! Got her for $21,748.32 Out the Door after rebate. Had a great experience! :)

I just purchased a white 08' Prius package #5 w/ preferred accessories package as well for $24,126 + $660 destination + $98 documentation fee+ Tax/tag/title. I also was able to get the employee price on a 6 year 100,000 miles Platinum extended warranty ( i paid $875, MSRP $1750) and a 4 year 55,000 mile full service contract for ( I Paid $825, regularly $1,550 ) from a Waldorf MD toyota Dealership. I feel like i recieved a really good deal, does anyone agree with me, or am I crazy?

Hi, I tried to buy my 2004 Sienna LE from the same Waldorf dealer but soon realized that they were way too dishonest for my money (and I dealt with a supposed sales manager). I ended up buying in Springfield VA but could have easily bought from Fitzmall (Montgomery County) as well. They don't play the games that most dealers do. As for the Walfdorf dealer's service department, they are pretty good. My Sienna has had a few recalls done there and they were efficient, thorough, and professional (as service dept's go). Good luck with your lease but be careful if you stay at the Waldorf dealer. Rico

This quote was from a dealership in Waldorf, MD and while Fitzmall doesn't have the Sienna in the color or pkg. they can order for $500 deposit and stated the following: "Our pricing when accepting an order is $ 200 or $ 569 Over invoice for our internet or value price. Choice is yours. The value price includes our Lifetime loaner car program and lifetime buyer protection plan. Only additional charges are $99 processing fee and Tax Tag and Title as applicable." I don't understand why package 6 is not readily available? I really want the power seats and so that's my desire for package 6. While I like the Salsa Red Pearl - I not all that committed to that color, just the package. Thanks again.
