Salesmen Ralph Zamora and Martin Atkinson were very professional, polite and I never felt pressured by them to make a decision that I didn't agree too. Mr. Fancher and his finance dept staff worked very diligently to get me a price that I could live with. New Car Buyer

The hardest part about buying a vehicle can be the actual day of the purchase - the dealing, , completing and financing the deal along with what seems like a mountain of paperwork. The Ford House provided awesome customer service that made the buying experience as seamless as possible. All the staff from the salesperson through the General Manager were extremely courteous and helpful as well as efficient. I will continue to buy vehicles from, and have all my vehicles serviced by, the Wichita Falls Ford House.
