My car was totaled and I was thinking of a Ford Edge and I listen to the Car Pro Show and he talks about Tomball Ford and itâs a Car Pro certified dealer. I went to the dealership and spent some time with Jorge and not only did I get a vehicle, I got it at an awesome price and zero interest for 72 months. Not only had my credit been screwed up, because I was stupid and helped my roommate get a car. Needless to say, she screwed me bad and now my score sucks. Jorge and Tomball Ford worked there butts off and got me zero interest and think, what dealership would go through that time and effort? None that I have ever dealt with. All I have to say, if youâre going to look for a Ford, just give them a shot. I guarantee you wonât be disappointed! If you have to drive, I guarantee it will be worth it! (No, I am not being paid to say this) I was just this happy about Jorge and this dealership. You must ask for Jorge, he truly knows the business and how to pull strings.

Horrible Communication

So went in today at 11, talked to sales and asked them to get back in touch with me with price. Obviously I wasnât worth their time. No communication back. Other dealerships got back to me. We will not be buying a car from them. Disappointed. Not the salesmanâs fault, it was the sales manager.

Jorge is the standard that auto sales professionals should strive to emulate. My experience left me with a satisfaction that all of my questions and concerns were answered without feeling pressured to make a buying decision. Providing all information and answered questions needed to help make my purchase choice a breeze. Me and my wife are very impressed with how stress free our purchase was working with Jorge. Every question was answered in easily understood manner, he knew the details of the model he was offering and also pointed out the other models that would also fit in with our requests. Ridiculous fees

I found a vehicle i love. Have a good down payment and got financing I thought I could work with. Until 5000 in "taxes and fees" were added to and 18000 dollar car. Added over 100 to what the monthly payment should have been and pushed it out of my price range. Absolute insanity. This is why no one trusts car dealers.

First i was disappointed because Jorge Lopez was not George Lopez " 'member, why you crying". Just kidding. Jorge helped me with my purchase of my 2016 F-150. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in any questions i had. Dealt with what i needed and was looking for. I would look for Jorge in my next purchase of a Ford product. This was my second purchase of a vehicle from Tomball Ford. I would highly recommend Jorge and Tomball Ford.

I would not recommend this dealership. They made me an online deal which was approved by a sales manager. Once I showed up to the dealership, the online rep an the sales manager would not show up. They set me up with another rep to try and sell me on another vehicle. Sad part is the Sales Director and GM know the issue and refuse to call to resolve... they just want me to go away. Even after refusing to honor the deal they approved, the dealership still ran my credit. Ethics and customer service is not high on their radar.

Jorge Lopez sold me my last two vehicles. His friendly no-nonsense approach to the whole process makes it fun to buy and trade cars and trucks. He will stick with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle you want: he knows how everything works and shows you every option available. We couldn't find a Ford Edge Platinum with the options and colors I wanted within a huge radius covering pretty much all of The Great State of Texas, so we ordered it. Jorge kept me informed of the status of the order from beginning to end. He even did a YouTube video walk-around for me after the vehicle arrived and had been detailed! The whole experience was fun and interesting. I love my new car, and I know I can pick up the phone and ask Jorge about anything on my car and he will be there for me!

New f150 lariat sport 4wD

I just bought my first truck a Ford F1 50 lariat at Tomball Ford in Tomball Texas from Jorge Lopez. Jorge got me the exact vehicle I desired and worked on the price to get to where we could make this happen. Jorge was very knowledgeable, showing me features I was unfamiliar with. Follow up has been great and this dealership and it's employees seem to have a real interest In my happiness with this truck. Would buy another vehicle at Tomball Ford

I haven't had pleasant experiences at most dealerships in the past. I decided to try Tomball Ford. I was introduced to Jorge Lopez from the start. Mr. Lopez listened to my needs, took me around the lot to find the exact truck I was looking for. Mr. Lopez was very straight forward. Mr. Lopez even helped me to understand what diminished value was due to my previous car being involved in an accident. I am appreciative of the fact he took the time to show, explain, and even stay in contact even after the purchase. Thank you!
