After searching online for a particular truck I wanted to purchase, I found several but thought this one at Mac Haik Dodge Used Car Dept. was a more convenient location for me. Was able to purchase the truck at what I consider a somewhat fair price, they stated I stole the truck....(as they tell that to everyone!!). The next day when I tried to use the second key fob to unlock my doors it won't work. I went to AutoZone and they replaced the battery twice to no avail of it working. Called the salesman numerous times to get it replaced (over a 3 week period), never did he return my calls. I finally called for the used vehicle manager and low and behold I get the salesman on the phone, he stated I bought the truck As Is, I said yes I did but you gave me the extra key at the end when I took delivery (at their closing time) and assumed it worked. I was using the one that had the keychain on it that evidently was the only one that worked. Yes shame on me for not clicking it when it was handed to me, but double shame on the dealership for not notifying me of it's condition or trying to pull a fast one over me. This dealership has no customer service skills, no follow up, or seem to care about their reputation and customers. I have now banned this dealership from any other purchases and will tell all about this experience.

the sales team at mac haik used cars in killeen is awesome! the salesman, chris g. was the easiset person to work with and made everything self explanatory along with the sales manager and the finance director making things even easir! I got the payment i wanted in an exceptional amount of time! i highly recommend this dealership!

We purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership within about 3 months. My husband purchased a truck, and I purchased an SUV. My SUV was wrecked within a month of purchase - and from that experience with collision department and the dealership as a whole - we went back for another SUV. I cannot even begin to explain how happy we are with our purchases and experiences. We will recommend this dealership to anyone!!
