Clunking noise fixed...plus some other things

I took my truck in to Helfman Ford Service Department last week because my 2017 F150 King Ranch 4X4 was making a "clunking noise" somewhere in the front end when i backed out of the driveway and/or pulled ahead slowly. I had already had the truck to Firestone for alignment/balance/rotate...they could hear the noise but could not locate or fix it. I dropped the truck off at Ford on Monday and Dennis warned me that they were running shorthanded (due to COVID?) but would look at it ASAP. They actually turned it around sooner than expected and my truck was repaired and ready to go by early Wednesday afternoon. The problem turned out to be loose cross member bolts which they fixed by removing, applying thread lock and re-torquing (for $150). They also discovered that my rear brake pads were worn to 3-4mm and recommended a rear brake job ($230) and the cabin filter was dirty ($90). I probably could have gotten all this work done elsewhere for cheaper but decided to get it done there for convenience, timing and OEM parts. So, 2 days and $480 later, no more clunking noise, safe brakes and clean cabin air...

I love the Fast Lane! It's fast and stress free. They honor my coupon, even if I forgot to bring it. The recliners in the waiting room are awesome! I've dozed there more than once. The price for "The Works" is amazing! Everyone there is courteous and friendly!!

Everyone you need to discuss a subject with are very professional and willing to go the extra mile to keep their customers satisfied...the service advisor, general manager, Asst service manager, cashier and porter. You have a Great Team and I have a great service advisor Ian King; great general manager, Jeff Smith and Asst service manager, Doug Ikner. Sorry I don't remember the mechanics, cashiers and porters name but they were awesome.

Don't even know where to start. From when I walked in I felt at ease and at home. Ryan was excellent at helping me achieving my needs and wants. Treated me like family and was up front about everything. As a female it can be intimidating to purchase a car on your own since we tend to get taken advantage of. This was not the case with Ryan, he made sure I was comfortable like I was talking to my brother or best friend. He went well above and beyond his duties with the sale. I now consider Ryan a good friend I can go to with any questions and concerns and be treated right. Ryan will always be my go to guy now! He earned my trust, friendship, and a forever customer.
