I drove in from South Louisiana and Craig met me within 5 minuets. I had spoke to him and made the deal on the phone. He was very attentive and I had an exceptional experience with him. The rest of the transaction was way to slow but I really don't know how long it is suppose to be as this was only the second new vehicle I had ever purchased.
