We have bought a few cars, both new and old. This was the quickest and most stress free buying experience we have ever had. We told our salesman that we would be there on a Saturday. He told us how busy the dealership is on Saturdays so at the last minute we decided to go the Friday before. The salesman made sure one of his associates helped us and followed up with us the following day. Every aspect was perfect - the initial impression via the website and phone conversations, the refreshments offered while we waited, the play area for the kids, the onsite insurance set up, the extra features offered, the very patient and informative finance rep, and the short amount of time needed to complete our purchase. I would have purchased from another dealership the day before, but I had the feeling that he doubted that we would be approved for the loan. I am thinking this was because I was very concerned about my monthly payment amount. The reps at Planet Ford understood and respected that I am a very cost conscious consumer. Great inventory for any and every buyer. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.
