Terrible service

onI scheduled a 0700 service to have a recall done and have my parking break adjusted. After 2 and a half hours of waiting , the service rep came to me and told me they had not started any of the work. She said that the technician recommended that I redo all my breaks. I told them not to provide the service since they've taken so long and to just complete the recall. I asked her if they've complete the recall (since they've had my vehicle for 2.5 hours). She stated that she did not know and would find out. 30 minutes later I went to a manager since I haven't heard anything. An additional 15 minutes later, she came to me and said it would be done in about 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I received my vehicle. I waited over 4 hours for them to only complete one requested service. On my receipt it stated that the service took 1.2 hours to complete. My receipt also stated that "the customer" requested several different inspections. I did not request any inspections. I was not charged for those inspections.
