Bob Utter Ford in Sherman, TX was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had. I reserved my Bronco 8/14/2020 and had to ride the tide of COVID, Supply Chain issues, Quality issues at FOMOCO, etc. After 992 days, We picked up our Bronco. Dealership communications with us was excellent during the 2 1/2 year wait. Delivery was quick and easy.

My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.

Parts were ordered and installed correctly and the noise is gone, also there were some panels on the underneath of the vehicle that were rattling and the service advisor had those secured as well, overall we are very satisfied with the repair.

We live out of state and needed to trade a family member's car on a new "used" car purchase. We researched all the local dealerships and their available auto choices. Reached out to the Bob Utter Ford Lincoln Kia dealership and their salesman Adam Hulsey. Adam made our visit, test drive and purchase the easiest we've experienced. We spoke on the phone, emailed and then met in person and never once felt pressured to purchase or to purchase anything we weren't asking for. We would work with Adam again.

After all the paperwork was done they had a gentleman give us an orientation of the truck and all its features. We were never rushed through the process and always friendly

We live in Oklahoma up by the Kansas border so driving to Texas was not something I wanted to do. I called and spoke to Debbie Roberts and she worked with us and got everything ready for us so we made the trip and was all happy we did! She was amazing at taking care of us and so was everyone there! We have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as we did from Bob Utter Ford. I had to have the motor replaced in my Ford 350 ( I didn't buy it from Bob Utter). I had trouble with my after market warranty wanting to pay off. Jason Weaver in the service dept went out of his way to help me with the warranty company. He did all he could to help me. I would recommend Bob Utter Service Dept. to anyone. Thanks Bob Utter Ford and Jason Weaver for helping me get my truck working again.

Amazing Experience!! KENZIE AVERY & MALCOLM ROSS went above and beyond my expectations! Best car buying experience ever!! KENZIE was so sweet and easy to talk to, not pushy at all! Absolutely astonished with how my vehicle was treated. I came in expecting an oil change, tire rotation, and detail. Now that I received my vehicle back I have found the vehicle was not detailed, the tire have been rotated, but I found that a lug nut was not properly secured but stripped (TALK ABOUT A HAZARD) and was not even fastened completely down (STUCK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB)! Oh and one last thing none of my fluids had been topped off! I will definitely not be back to this dealership. I will be checking my oil on the vehicle as soon as possible to see if it was even changed!

I contacted at least 18 dealerships and everyone was not customer service friendly. I contacted this dealership and dealt with Farron and when I tell you he was the most honest and straight to the point dealer he was so awesome. I finally have my Jeep Wrangler at a very reasonable and affordable price and that's what I was looking for. I contacted dealers all over the US and this dealer is by far the best. He wasn't about just getting a sale he was more concerned about my wants and for that I am forever grateful because I have my dream car. Farron needs a raise or a bonus because he deserves it in my book. If I ever hear someone looking for a car I will make sure I give them his information. And FYI I live in SC and he kept his word on everything he said he was going to do. Thank you Farron you are the best dealer I know.
