They sold my car

I agreed to purchase a vehicle from Moses Chughtai (Salesperson) yesterday evening and sent him my credit card information for the deposit. Thirty minutes later, I spoke with Yanira Fernandez (Internet Sales Assistant) to confirm my appointment to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. I mentioned that I already gave the Salesperson my deposit information, but that I wanted to send it to her in order to confirm that everything was in place before buying plane tickets on a flight from Columbia, SC to San Antonio, TX. She confirmed that she received my email, and then I proceeded to purchase the plane ticket and hotel room. This morning, at 7:39 AM, I emailed Moses Chughtai, Yanira Fernandez, and Tania Eubanks (General Manager) the same information to follow up with them. A few hours later, the Salesperson informed me that they sold that vehicle to someone else who had an appointment today at 9:00 AM. So now I'm stuck without a vehicle, nonrefundable plane tickets, and a hotel room that I can't cancel. Your website says that you have "outstanding customer service" but I just don't see it.

The dealership cheated me

I purchased a preowned 2008 Honda Fit from this dealership that had a stripped oil pan and they didn't even notify me that there was a prexisiting condition on the vehicle. This type of problem is not caused from wear and tear on a car so either their mechanics stripped the pan when the car was first bought by the dealership and was not replaced or the dealership committed fraud by saying that they serviced the car when they truly did not, as the car fax clearly states they did an inspection and an oil change on the car. Overall this was a horrible experience and I find this company to be quite shady despite being so large.
