Muohammad was very helpful through the car buying process with answering any questions I had and having everything prepped and ready for me when I came in to look for a specific car I was looking at on their lot! Rick was very efficient and helped with closing up the sale and being able to send me home on my way with my new car! Fast but thorough service! Working with Marisela was a refreshing experience. She didn’t pester or pressure me into feeling like I had to buy the vehicle – CX-5 Carbon Edition. Marisela was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She made the entire process pleasant when usually buying a vehicle is not pleasant at all. Monica Carrizales (finance person), got right to the point and didn’t pressure me with a package of add-ons. I really appreciated that. Thanks! I definitely recommend North Park Mazda.

This will be a late review. However I feel that this people who assisted me on that day are deserved to get this credit with all they did to assist me & my car at their best. I think somewhere around April or May 2022 I went to NorthPark Mazda for my regular check/service & got assistance from SERGIO, Service Department and CHRIS or CHRISTIAN, Technician (if I am not mistaken the Technician name.. sorry) who shown me the video during the service of my car. They all did such an excellent services and accommodated me at their best! I am very pleased with their service. Thank you Sergio, Chris/Christian, Technician & all the Technician on that day for taking care of my car. I have to put out this words as well, which I believe this person deserved a good words. As long as I am with Mazda close to 10 years as a client & doing all this regular check, I got a lot of assistance from SANTIAGO, Service Department. From day one until today he has been consistently showing & giving me the best service at his best & I thank you for that. He also has a positive attitude no matter how days he has. So also shout out to Santiago! I love how Mazda has this video features of our service. As a customer it gives us a peace of mind knowing you all take care of this service seriously. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Mazda CX-5 from Fernando Galindo. He reached out to me about my inquiry on the Mazda CX-5 the morning I was headed to the dealership. I had never driven the CX-5 and when I went on the test drive he made sure I was comfortable driving it both in the freeway and the streets. He was respectful, courteous and not pushy. When I mentioned that I would need my car delivered to my house, he didn't hesitate to provide that service. Furthermore, he has reached out after the sale to see if there is anything else he could help me with. More sales should be like him.

It was a whirlwind day as Kathy and I drove in from Canyon Lake to visit 4 dealerships this week in search of a new SUV. Given the inventory challenges at many locations, we were pleased with the selections at North Park Mazda San Antonio, and our ultimate choice of the CX-5 Grand Touring model. We really want to say how pleased we were with Jack Rodriguez as he represents the best of what all dealers should expect from their sales team. Product Knowledge, Professional/Personable Approach, and Customer First mindset…Jack is the Gold Standard and should be what all sales teams strive to be. Thank you Jack, and North Park Mazda for making our purchase experience one that calls for a glowing review and referrals to our friends.

Great experience and fair deal

We had a great experience during the entire car buying process, and everyone knows that it can be tedious. Rick Torres, our sales rep, was nice, honest and very easy to work with. I had already researched and knew what we were looking for and prices for both the new vehicle and our trade-in. He didn't insult our intelligence and was not pushy or misleading. Negotiations were easy and straight forward. Overall received a fair deal and didn't have to play games. The financing was easy and straight forward, not pushy with the up-sales and accepted no without rebuttals. The dealership was clean and organized, easy to navigate. Overall North Park Mazda and particularly Rick Torres, were courteous, non-pushy, friendly and fair to deal with. My wife hates car buying and even she said "this was the most pleasant experience" she has had. Would highly recommend if looking for a Mazda, and ask for Rick.

Great Buying Experience

I worked with Muoahammed to purchase my 2019 Mazda6 Signature. The buying process was very easy, with no long periods of time spent waiting while we went back and forth on pricing. We came to a quick agreement on the price via e-mail, and then I went and picked up the car. At delivery time, Muoahammed walked me through all the features of the car and we were out of the dealership in less than an hour. When I'm in the market for another Mazda, I'll definitely go back to North Park.

Ray Rivas and Muohammad Alsareinye were the two gentlemen who had assisted me in my car buying process. Both did an excellent job by all means. Very professional and accommodating. If I were to buy another car in the future I'd definitely come back before any other stops. Furthermore if you're military they treat you wonderfully and understand the potential difficulties this might propose by offering wonderful warranties.

Manny was very concerned that we get the car we wanted. We had a sudden loss of previous vehicle and weren't sure what to get as our family dynamics were changing. It took us about a week and several trips to sort out exactly what we wanted, and Manny was patient and helped ensure our final vehicle had what we needed. We are very happy with our Mazda CX-9.

My Mom (70+) needed a new car & I can't thank Richard Cortez enough for taking such good care of her. Richard and I did all of the communication by phone & email. He gave us a good price and took the extra time to make the entire experience less stressful for my mom. In the past, the process of purchasing a new car has been overwhelming & stressful for her. I was not able to go with her to pick up the car, so her and her best friend made the trip (from Austin to San Antonio), while I was at work. I told my mom, if anything was different from what we agreed upon, she was to walk out the door. I also communicated to Richard that my mom understood all the terms we agreed upon, but that she sometimes needs a little extra time to process all of the other information. I asked him to plan a little extra time and to slow the sale down so it would be less stressful for her. My mom walked out of North Park Mazda with a new CX5. She had nothing but nice things about Richard and the entire staff. It was well worth the trip to San Antonio for the quality of service. Thank you Richard for taking the extra time! Our Sales Consultant's name is Muohammad Alsareinye. He is the consummate professional who delivered "above and beyond" customer service throughout the entire process. He brokered the deal we requested. He delivered our new car to our home -he had to arrange for a family member to pick up his daughter from school, because he was scheduled to accomplish that task at the time we requested delivery. The dealership is great, Muohammad is the "greatest".

My name is Aaron, and I began my car shopping experience after I was in an accident that totaled my truck. I loved that truck, I had for 16 years, but it was time that I upgraded vehicles and purchase something that was a little more economical. I used the USAA Car Buying Service and was set up with a quote from North Park Mazda and began my the process the my salesman Fernando Galindo. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and friendly approached. I happened to show up randomly, when he had a customer, but he did what needed to be done to accommodate both parties with a smile on his face. When he came to show me the vehicle, he stopped and introduced me to Camden Steele, a sales manger at NP. He shook my hand, and made me feel at home. Fernando then showed me the vehicle I had found online, and informed me regarding the standard features and options that came with the vehicle, and then we proceeded to a test drive. Afterwards I informed Fernando that I wanted the night to think it over. He agreed, and told me that if I had further questions to give him a call. The next day I did a little more of my homework. I wanted to call another dealership just to see what they are offering. I realized that in these days buying an extended warranty is a must, so part of the process should be where do you want to get that vehicle serviced. I called that dealership to speak with a service operator, and for 45 minutes could not get a hold of anyone...needless to say that did not inspire confidence. I called the North Park Dealership and was immediately transferred to Andrew Olivares, a service manager. He spoke to me about 20 minutes and told me about his technicians (he knew their first names) and the pride and enthusiasm he shared with them to work at North Park. I came back that night. I met Fernando who introduced me to Nate Nairn, the finance manager. We spoke about the process and the numbers to get the deal done. I signed the paperwork, and I took the vehicle the next day after work. This experience from the people at North Park Mazda has been nothing short of amazing. If I think about the total time I actually spent in the dealership to get the process done, I would say that I spent a little over an hour and half. Thank you to the people at North Park Mazda.
