Do NOT buy a car from Irving Motors. My son bought a car from Irving. Found out after taking the car to my mechanic two days after we got it that the rear brake system and parking brake were not working at all...completely unsafe. But to get license plates for the car, the dealer had to take the car to get a state safety inspection and one of the items checked in the inspection is the parking brake. So the dealer sold my son an unsafe car due to a improper safety inspection. Fixing the rear brakes cost $1,100--new pads, rotors, calipers. We would have never bought the car knowing the brakes weren't working and needed to be replaced, but we didn't know that because Irving got a bad safety inspection. Now Irving is refusing to make the situation right and won't repay me a fair amount for their "mistake". They won't even answer my emails. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dealer. Irving Motors can't be trusted.

Had all my info.waited 2 hours before going to get car to tell me ..sorry cannot approve you re: same that I explained and was told it was alright and had me shopping for car insurance. Waste of time and then from nice once they had my cash to too bad ..come get your cash whenever. Knowing I had no transportation. Of cause I had transportation from them to pick up the CASH. Then they asked for a bigger down payment to get me approved? No way! They can keep their high prices used cars for some other fool. God has my back.
