Always let us know what was being done and did not let us sit for long wihout checking to see if we needed anything. When there was confusion and disagreement with figures, they did a double check, redid paperwork showing where they had missed a fee. They worked with us on trade in and new car value, without the "scamming" factor. The salesman, Johnathan, worked very hard to make sure everything was done--inspection, plates, repair on windshield, paperwork, manual, detail.
