Dealership Sales Review
sales Rating
First time buyer, and horrible experience.

onWent into dealership, with hopes of purchasing a new vehicle, but i was sadly mistaken. I originally brought in a trade in, that was priced at $2,000 cheaper than the blue book value, which already had me hesitant, and then the sales pitch started. I had brought my mother in as a co-signer, which I was told gave me some extra help on my deal. First he took our info to his sales manager, and came back with an offer $100 more expensive than I wanted a month, and I denied it. Then he went back, and came back with the same offer. He told me that I needed to come up with another $1500 dollars on my down, to get the payments I wanted, so I left. I spent the next day selling my trade in car, and ended up with the down, I was told I would need. I then called the sales rep back and gave him the news. He told me he would re-submit with the new offer and let me know. Two days of bs later, and I finally called the finance department, only to find out that no paper work had been submitted, and even with upping my down the payments would stay the same with no explanation.
Complete waist of time, and so unprofessional. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone.

I was looking to compare prices between a Dodge and Chevrolet (similar models), I found the Dodge to be more expensive.
The salesman asked had I considered Jeep.
We looked at the Compass and the Liberty.
I drove the Compass and was not to impressed.
The salesman was sincere, I felt and very patient and helpful.
I did not wish to purchase the jeep models.
