Poor customer service, lacks Professionalism

onOn February 24 I bought a 2016 1500 Dodge RAM truck, told him i need a reliable work truck. It was not the truck I came for, but he showed me this truck with less miles and it's pretty much the same. I did a test drive, it seem fine. Went through the sale. On my drive home with the truck the engine light turned on. I called my rep and told him. He said to bring it in. The next day the engine light was off. So, I thought maybe it's was nothing. Towards the end of the day the check engine light was back. I called the service department they told me, the earliest appointment is next week to talk to my sales rep. So Wed I decided to bring the truck in and talk to Kenneth. The manager came out and had the truck diagnosed. He said it need a new fuel pump not to worry everything is covered. I said that's fine when can I leave it and when can I have it back. We made an appointment for Friday March 1st. I said I would like to have it back Saturday he said we'll try if not Saturday then Monday, I said ok. I have received a text from the technician that if I have any questions feel free to text. Which I did, I expressed some other concerns. I never got any reply. I came Saturday to check if the truck is ready because no one reached out to me. When I got there I was told the manager i spoke to was out sick. Monday came, I got a text saying "hello, they have a fuel pump on order for you. - Madeleine" at this time I'm upset and kicking myself. I should have just exchange the truck. I decided to go back and talk to the same manager thinking maybe he can help me expedite things. When I got there it took seem a while to come out and when he did. He told me that it had to be approved first before they can order now it's been order I have to wait. I asked him why did he not let me know this in the beginning why tell me I could get the truck back Saturday or Monday he already know it has to go through that motion. He told me he was sick this is his first day back. First of all if your a manager you can not use the "I'm sick" excuse especially to your customers. The lack of professionalism is overwhelming. I technician, that is suppose to be fixing the truck I have never spoken to him. I asked to speak to him he said tomorrow. Tomorrow came and left without him calling. No explain has been given to me. They don't offer you loaners. All I know, my truck that I bought from your Autonation on February 24 has been in your service department since March 1 it is currently March 8, for a fuel pump. Even your customer compliance rep has given up on me and is not responding to my text. This is not acceptable, something has to be done.

For years I’ve been dreaming of a wrangler with a bed on back, I have hobbies that require space and this is perfect. And the manager and the sales guy told me that they were getting four new ones all I had to do was come back and they will have them ordered well when returning they said they did not seem to have to buy one or the car was sold as his but you did say that you was going to give me four new cars I should have got it in writing

2023 Dodge TRX.

onThe only bad thing that I have. I bought a 2023 dodge TRX. I came with a security system. The only thing they told me about it. It was a kill switch. No more information. I found out it had an igla security system with one chip. If something happens to that one chip the truck will not start. So, I can’t lose it or break it if I do the truck is dead. Will not start. I’m trying to have it reset from the igla dealer. If they can find it. They have to disable several parts looking for it. So I can get the number off it to rest set it and make several chips. Into the first day of looking no luck yet. I have learned a bunch about this system. Ask questions on this security system. When buying these hi end autos. I didn’t know very much about them. I do now.

BEWARE OF FINANCE ADDING IN EXTENDED WARRANTY EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT IT

onBEWARE OF FINANCE TRYING TO SELL YOU EXTENDED WARRANTY EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT IT! CHECK THE VEHICLE FOR ANY SCRATCHES OR DINGS BEFORE PURCHASING. My sales rep was Kate Kim. I was overall satisfied with her customer service. She was pretty genuine and professional. I did notice some scratches on the vehicle that no one bothered to tell me about. (I’m sure at least one person at the dealership knew about it.) It was a brand new car so really, it should be flawless, but whatever, they did fix it when I brought it to their attention. My problem was with the finance rep, DANIEL THOMAS. He is my reason I will never purchase from this location again. **After I told him SEVERAL TIMES that I did not want ANY extended warranty, he managed to sneak in a 3 year/36k mile “aftermarket” extended warranty on there for around $1000.** I think $1045 to be exact. I even questioned him about it before signing, and he made it seem like it was a factory warranty…Which, in part, was my fault due to my ignorance and rush in signing the paperwork. Factory warranties does not come with an extra charge, and I was stupid enough to let it go even though in the back of my mind, I knew that was the case. It wasn’t until he messed up on the paperwork, putting my last name first and first name last, and having me re-sign it all that I realized he snuck in that extended warranty! Thankfully, my husband is knowledgeable in purchasing vehicles and brought that to my attention when I had to re-sign. I am so upset at the fact that he did that to me and felt like he really took advantage of me. Never again! I’ve attached a photo of my conversation with him through text when I reviewed the paperwork after he told me I had to re-sign. I’ve also attached photos of the scratches on a brand new vehicle that shouldn’t even be there. **Side note: They had me fill out a couple of surveys while I was there… during the purchasing process in which at the time, I was overall satisfied and had put that on the survey. But now I wish I could go back and change it.** MAIN POINT… Read all of the paperwork thoroughly, don’t rush, question every $ amount that is on there, and don’t trust FINANCE because they will try to sell you extra things that you don’t need.
