I worked with Frank and Jack on the sales department and for sure they are customer friendly, they assisted me to get a good deal on my dream car, they were easy to talk to, I really recommend this dealership to everyone. This is my 2nd car… to buy from the dealership and I have never got problems with my purchase.

by Melvin Torres on 08/27/2024Beware (PRECAUCION) with this dealership. Stay away as much as you can. They claim to be 4.7 stars information's transparency while they are not. They fool you into thinking they are giving you the price you want (agreeing on OTD price) and… then rising the whole price at the finance office. Don't fall for their lies blaming they have a new software in their computer and that it was confusing to give you the price you asked for and the price they agreed to sell you the vehicle for and never fixing it and trying to sell the vehicle at higher price than the one agreed. Be cautious and don't fall for their lies. Definitely not recommended for the simple reason of dirty tricks and lies. Oh! And after all this lies, they invite you to buy from their gift shop. Stay away as much as you can. Cuidado con este lugar. Mantengase alejado lo mas que pueda. Dicen que tienen una recomendacion de 4.7 estrellas por la claridad de su informacion cuando no es asi. Te engañan haciendote pensar que te van a vender el vehiculo por el precio que tu pides y luego lo cambian todo al momento de firmar los documentos en el departamento de finanzas dandote una excusa de que el sistema de computadora es nuevo y tubieron una confusion al momento de estar de acuerdo con el precio que pediste por el vehiculo y nunca lo arreglan queriendo venderte el vehiculo a un precio mas alto del acordado. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar por el simple hecho de los trucos sucios usados y las mentiras que dicen. Ah! Y para colmo luego de sus mentiras y jugadas sucias, te invitan a comprar en el departamento de suveniles. Por favor mantengase alejado de este lugar.Good experience

They shoot straight and will not try to wear you out going back and forth with the Sales Team. He wants your business and will really work to make sure… that happens. This Sales Team is like no other, you can trust what they say. I have done this a lot of times and feel like they will always have my best interest at heart. Hope you have an opportunity to meet them and get to see this for yourself.Professional

Well he finally got what i wanted and i left a deposit 2 weeks before it arrived. They made the whole sales process super easy, was impressed… by the entire experience and friendly nature of all the sales people. Hot Rod..ney Bradley was very professional and knowledgeable. Branden in the finance area was super and informative of all the add ons and gap policies and prices. 10 out of 10 experience started at 2:15pm and was on my way home by 4:30pm.Responsive and quick services

We read their used car warranty page from their website which states: "Buy Your Next Used Car with Confidence at Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney" and felt confident with the… purchase made. 2 weeks into driving the car, we had to limp the car into a Ford dealership nearby. Major engine work was required in order to get the car back on the road. Took about 2 months to get the car back. We tried to work with Pat Lobb dealership but got the run-around immediately. Their sales guy is ok, was responding to my requests but no longer responds. We visited their dealership and their response was "We may be able to give you $2K". The repair work totaled more than double this amount. Numerous attempts to get anything out of this dealership has failed. Again, their sales person was the only one responding, nobody else did. So their "Buy Your Next Used Car with Confidence at Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney" is a joke statement. We have ZERO confidence in this dealership. Beware and purchase at your own peril if you do decide to buy from them. We are really disappointed in them. They simply do not careAmazing staff!

by LaRhonda on 02/17/2022I came there on February 1st and bought a car for my son 2015 Nissan rouge my salesman was Drake Waldrop and he was very professional, helpful, and patient through the entire process when it came down to the financial portion of my visit I… delt with Matt Jirani and very was fast, knowledgeable and polite. My son and I walked away very happy then 6 days later the car had problem I spoke with Drake he assured me he will take care of it and they towed the car to there service center and for the next 7 days I do with Jose and he was very patient with my distress and put us in a 2021 rav4 which we had for 1 day and got a call from Matt to come back in and pick any other car on the lot and they would cancel the Nissan rouge. When we went back up there I delt with Abraham (since Drake was off work) Abraham and Matt both we helpful in us getting a 2018 Toyota Corolla . We got a newer car a bit cheaper. To say the least they turned a potential bad situation and made it a better experience. I would say that all 4 of these employees went above a d beyond there duties to .are sure my 19 year old son was happy. Thanks guys for all you do.😁Khaled Fares is an Outstanding Sales Team Member

by JBE on 01/07/2022George was a very friendly, competent person; he was sorry we had to wait so long. We had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. and stayed at least 2 hours. I always thought if you made an appointment, others who drop in should wait - not the folks… who took the time to help make scheduling more efficient. If the car had been checked out while we talked with George, it would have made more sense for us. Your people we encountered were very polite - no problems there. I am very happy with my car and it will not have many miles on it by the time I quit driving, but that is because my trips are not very far; just far enough to stay independent.
