The vibe at Alderson is very professional, normal and very friendly but not the fake over-enthusiastic posturing of the sterotypical auto dealership. I really appreciate Eddie's genuine, sincere demeanor and his high caliber quality of professionalism. I also appreciate Crystal's professionalism and fun, confident approach. She was very straight forward and knowledgeable about our transaction and presented the service options and additional items that are available very well.

Remote purchase of Lexus 300 H

Al Griggs was the person I dealt with. All remotely, due to my living 100 miles away. He was cooperative, attentive, and made the best of a remote relationship. I clearly prefer personal interactions (a generational preference to be sure), but Al Griggs made this work, and I appreciate his time and patience. Tom Nichols

We came into dealership straight after hours at our son’s football game looking rough. Mr. Eddie Avila approached us and treated us great. We told him we were looking at the new Lexus IS 300 for my wife’s birthday. He told us he could order whatever we wanted but he had a Lexus IS 350 F sport he could show us. Very quickly we were out the door in a new Lexus IS 350 sport. I’m all about customer service and treatment and Eddie did an outstanding job. Most places salesmen like to play the dealership games with you.... not Eddie! He was more than fair and my wife got more than the car she wanted. I’d recommend if you come to Alderson Lexus of Lubbock ask for Eddie Avila. Thank you guys.

I have purchased 4 cares from Alderson Lexus in Lubbock,Tx in the past...this is #5...I really appreciated the fact that I didn't even have to leave my home to purchase the car. Ken Hoffman brought it to my home and we completed the sale in the car. He has so much knowledge about the vehicle and took his time to help me and he got me a great deal!! I love the NX,all I want to do is drive it,even if I really don't have anywhere to go! I am so glad to be back with this dealership and to be able to have the luxury again. I really missed that.

I’ve purchased many cars in the Lubbock area, this was first experience with Alderson, it will not be my last. Tyler Bell was extremely pleasant to work with, he kept me informed was never pushy and felt like he addressed any questions and concerns I had professionally and with a courtesy salesman are usually not known for. The Manager is a veteran like myself and was also very helpful. Thanks guys for the experience, respect and mostly the help.
