FANTASTIC Mercedes Experience

This was our first Mercedes experience. How exciting, our Sales Representative was fantastic, When you buy a Mercedes, you are treated like Royalty, such was our experience with Alderson European Motors in Lubbock, very professional, explained everything, countless hours with us, to make sure everything was top notch. From finding our magnificent car to delivery, the small touches Like the Bow, oh my gosh, I just loved it. Our Mr. Rafael Romay-Leonardi, was absolutely brilliant, because of him and our treatment we are going to be repeat clients. I felt like we were in another world, My husband has waited over 40 years, and this did not disappoint . I want to thank Mr. Rafael for making this purchase so special for my husband.

This is the third time I have taken my GLA 250 in for the required service. Each time, I have been met with friendly smiles and cheerful greetings. Within minutes, I am in the loaner vehicle offering me a chance to run a few errands around Lubbock. (I live in Panhandle which is a little over two hours away.) By the time I return, I have time to relax in the well-appointed waiting area with a cup of fresh coffee and a handful of trail mix or an apple as they finish up washing and vacuuming my car. The service dates have become something I look forward to every 10,000 miles.

Russell Ford was fun to deal with. He wasnt pushy at all. He gave us a great test drive and went over all the basics twice with us. We made two trips down to Aldersons to view the GLC 300. We took our daughter there and he treated her just as courteous as he did us. He even put the huge red bow on top of the car to make it irresistible when we pulled up. We went home with it a few hours later. The process was quick and easy.

On Friday, on a whim, I looked at the Alderson website and noticed the black 2018 GLA. It was priced well for the options; including safety features and amenities. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Omar Hernandez. I advised that I was still just looking. He took some time and gathered some information. Omar called again to let me know he believed that he could get a deal done that would satisfy my personal stipulations. I know he had to have worked beyond his normal business hours to accomplish this. Saturday morning, Omar contacted me and advised me of the package and deal they could offer. It was too good to pass up. I contacted my wife and told her that I had just bought a Mercedes. Omar drove it to my residence, approximately 120 miles. He went through the various features and whatnot. I signed the paperwork and he drove off in the vehicle I had traded in. Omar provided unequivocal treatment and patience.

We started our search on a Saturday evening. It was after hours as we didn't want a salesman following us through the parking lot trying to sell us something we didn't want. I saw Russell Ford parking a car and another individual closing the gate to the lot. Thinking they were leaving I got off to look and a few minutes later Russell came back by to see if I needed any help I told him we were just looking. He gave me his card and a quick run down of the vehicles and told me about a sales event that was going on that month. He wasn't pushy and to call or email him if I had any questions. I called him on Monday to get a little more info again not pushy at all like alot of car salesmen can be. I met Russell at the dealership that day to test drive a vehicle and that I could come back Saturday as I was in a hurry and didn't have the time that day to complete the deal. I had told him that I had to be done early to make it to a birthday party. I showed up about 1:30 and was done with paper work in less than a hour. I have bought new cars in the past and never has it been that easy and quick. Russell Ford did an excellent job to make sure I wasn't late. He showed me the vehicle and explained how everything worked. I was very pleased with my experience with Russell and Alderson Mercedes of Lubbock.

I deal exclusively with Michael Sanford who is located in the Mercedes Benz department. He is able and willing to sell any of the dealer's cars though. I have purchased over 20 cars from him over the years and find him to be very fair and honest. He'll stand behind any of the cars he sells and if there is a problem, he'll get it fixed ASAP. I won't go to any other dealer just because of Michael and feel that you can't find a better salesman in any dealer near Lubbock. Highly recommended...
